I called to get an auto insurance quote the gentleman that answer the phone was very rude for the beginning. I continue with the quote the gentleman hung up the phone I called back and asked for the manger or owner and he stated he was... WOW very poor customer service and if he is the owner he needs to hire someone to work for him.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACEo they will scam you an write bad quote with hidden fees. that you will find out about after paying 1 or 2 bills. the customers is very poor .I would never do business with company ever again

Marvin and his team are fantastic to work with. Immediately responsive, answered all of our questions, and gave great guidance on what type of policies to purchase. They shopped for several quotes and got us a excellent home and auto plan, at a very affordable yet completive rate. We were so impressed with the level of customer service, industry knowledge, and reliability we eventually transferred all of our policies to M & M Insurance Agency. If you want an agent that works for you and not the insurance companies then I highly recommend calling them.
