They arrived at the exact time they provided to me. Did a wonderful job moving me from my one bedroom apartment to a house. Communication was great I knew what was going on every step on the way. The manger is very professional and I highly recommend this moving company if you are looking.

These ppl didn't show up to move my items from my home after being in constant contact with me . They were supposed to arrive at 1:30/2:00 pm and never showed up . Do not book their service !

My recommendation is that you avoid this company at all cost. Unreliable and unpredictable. Easily the most unprofessional vendor I've ever dealt with.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I was communicating with a guy Will at first. He seemed to be very nice. He was very consistent in calling when it came down to him taking my $200 deposit. After the deposit was taken there was a lack of communication. No phone calls were being returned. My husband and I both reached out and no one got back to us. We finally heard from someone the night before the scheduled move and they said they had to reschedule it was a guy named Travis. He didn’t give many details and said he would call back with more information. I didn’t hear anything for about 5 days then I got a text about rescheduling again. I said no I would like my deposit back and no answers from anyone. It wasn’t until I got the police involved that I heard from someone again.

I had put in for a quote moving from Chicago Illinois to fort Lauderdale Florida I received a call from lux movingwas able to get a quote for my inventory on one phone call able to get a deposit setup my move movers arrived on time disassemble my bed's reassembled fort Lauderdale was able to get my mattresses wrapped for no additional charge movers were professional and friendly one of the greatest experience as I had with a moving company they went above and beyondfor my family and I to make sure that we had a smooth transition into our new home I went to thank you so much for all that you did for our family... I wish I could give you more than five stars because you definitely deserve to have more
