The restroom at the establishment was exceptionally clean, and I commend the person responsible for maintaining its hygiene. Additionally, I made a purchase of a highly unique razor knife that doubles as a scraper - possibly the best razor knife I've ever bought.

Wendell, in the outdoor equipment department was my savior today. He truly made my experience at Lowe’s, memorable and amazing.I went into the garden center to buy some bamboo sticks for my parakeet's birdcage. I was unable to cut the bamboo sticks on my own and I asked him to help me find a tool that could cut them. We were unable to find something that I could use safely and properly and therefore he was kind enough to cut the bamboo sticks, all of them for me by hand. It was amazing and his kindness will never be forgotten.My “Palm Beach Paco” as she is known on YouTube, is forever grateful for his kindness and help today. Thank you Wendell.

First of all not only is the place horrible the managers are horrible one of the is a perv and they lie so much on your name you can't trust them theres a lot of old men that will make nasty comments towards you the customer service is horrible they will steal your money because if you order from them and don't receive your item they will tell you to call corporate so I don't recommend ordering from them at all because you will not be getting your item stay safe don't work here and do not buy from the store you will regret it ....

Went in to give Lowes as a company another opportunity after the horrible incident in the Kissimmee/Osceola Parkway store. (Review and horrible feedback left) once I went in with maximum of 10k on my credit card to spend in this Lowes (Real Estate Investor BTW) they didn't have the 90" closet doors, in store and or online. However I was extremely happy not to purchase from Lowe's again after that white young associate in Kissimmee asked me for a receipt (Nov 2022) when he clearly saw me paying.I believe Lowe's tends to hire racist staffs to make it harsh on some costumers. I am a PRO in Home Depot and Floor and Decor and never encountered such nuisance. Overall, I locked that Credit Card as a reminder of the Kissimmee store experience.

Ordered a refrigerator in the store with the sales associate. She informed me I must buy a hose in oder to have the icemaker operational. Purchased the hose along with a chest freezer. My delivery date was set and i chose the 8-12 window for delivery. It was confirmed the day prior. First of all the delivery arrived at 2pm, two hours later than the original delivery window. Next problem was the hose didn't fit the connection in my kitchen. I was told to go get parts. They leave and supposedly turned off the water to the icemaker water line. Not told they couldn't find it! I turn the water main back on and the kitchen floods. I call the store and ask for a manager. He will call me back in 10 minutes, which turns out to be over an hour. He blames everything on the delivery men. They are sent back out look around and state they can not do anything and leave. I still have no water in my home. The manager never checks again, bot surprisedl had an attitude and was dismissive.

Enjoy Lowe’s better than Home Depot for the the paint selection to be honest and they seem to do a better job mixing. I’ve tried Home Depot several times years ago and I don’t know they always couldn’t get it quite right. Lowes has always send me right and I will include a picture of the paint that I recently bought. I’d like Sherman William colors, but I rather have the Valspar. Valspar paints much more even.I encourage others to go for then”egg shell” for doing their living room walls am I particularly don’t care for the semi gloss in that type of room. I know it washes off easier but the eggshell washes off just as easy. Take my word. The customer service has always been a little better at Lowe’s too so that’s just me and I was thrilled with my paint that I just picked up. I picked up a few gallons. All of it matches perfectly and I will include a picture cause I’m very happy with it! Thank you, Lowes! Please understand that the lighting was not the greatest obviously when I took this, but if I put the swatch up next to the paint on a better well lit day, it matches perfectly am I just didn’t have that picture to upload at the moment of doing this review thank you again for reading. The paint color I used is the first one at the very top, which would be the richer darker of all three of the orange colors here. Have a great day.

It’s quiet in the store during the rain ?️ time but I had to wait for a while when returning the items. There are so many items displayed in the store for Christmas ? decorations and sale off many items as well.

Bought this "lifetime guarantee" hose from this location. Should have known better than to trust some big box brand to stand behind their products. When the nozzle broke off I tried to make good on their claim. Call customer service first and they said it was cool to just bring it in. When I brought it in they told me it was anything but cool. After getting the runaround for more than 20 minutes they finally found the item in their system and inform me that 1) it's 30% of the original proce; 2) this particular store does not carry the product anymore so it's impossible to make good on my warranty; 3) if I do locate a store that carries this model then I'll get a third of the value and need to pay the difference because the price has changed. Lesson learned?
