John helped me and my friend Will Apply for a unit and made it an extremely seamless process not to mention that the grounds and building in amenities themselves are absolutely off the charts. Granted we are still waiting for a status update on it. My experience was nothing short of amazing! Thank you, John!!!!!

Imagine you moved into Loftin Apartments December 2023, then in January 2024 construction began directly below your specific apartment for the next 7 consecutive months and counting. Imagine you had intentionally chosen Loftin because you were seeking the calmest and quietest option for apartments downtown. Imagine asking Sonni, John, and Theresa in the leasing office why you weren’t told when you moved in the month prior that construction was about to begin so you could have simply chosen a different unit and they have no answer. Imagine being misled about timing - that you asked in April when construction would be finished and that you were told it would be over by May, but it’s now July and you’re just now being informed that there are still months of construction ahead. Imagine asking permission to break the lease and being told you’ll have to pay thousands of dollars to get out.
Imagine you are paying $3200 a month to have blaring, ground-shaking construction below you day-in and day-out. Imagine you wake up to it every morning. Imagine you and your partner work from home and both of your businesses have been directly affected by the constant, turbulent noises and that often times meetings and phone calls are impossible. Imagine your mental health is kaput because you can’t feel safe in your own home because there’s nowhere to go to get away from the noise. Imagine you seek compensation - ANYTHING - from greystar and they take weeks to respond back to any single email you send and they make it clear they do. not. care. what the reality of your daily living situation is.
Just imagine the rage you would feel at the injustice of this situation entirely.
I have audio recordings, videos, emails, and timestamps to prove every word here.

This building is very pleasing to the eye, however, the experience of living in the building did not match up to the building's appearance. Although I lived on the 8th floor, I could easily hear traffic and any noise at street level coming loudly through both bathroom fan vents 24/7. It was creepy.
Another example of the poor building design is the interior walls of the units. They were not made of regular drywall. You will notice the very thin almost metallic material they are made of soon as you try to hang your first piece of art on the wall. The material, in addition to making the units have an eery echoing throughout, also makes it difficult to hang anything substantial on the walls.
The location of the building is great but for the price point it is to live there one should not encounter issues as mentioned above.
I paid the early lease termination fee in order to get out of there because the experience of living at Loftin Place was so poor.

It's cleaned mediocre. Paid housekeeping never enters stairwells. Dog hair in wads in stairwells. Dog piss smell out front on 6th. Homeless and bike theft problems are common. $4500 a month for a baby unit. I expect common areas to be cleaned better. Mopping with dark water is unacceptable. Many other choices close at hand. Two big twins are almost done one block away.

Poor management, roaches! Do yourself a favor and go to Oversea, Sole or Parkline. Way better locations and staff!! Over priced.

Professional and caring staff from maintenance to leasing, you can expect great service! Yes there are newer properties that just opened up but how is your living experience going to be? At Loftin it’s already proven!!

I visited this place for a friends party and I got to say the security and control of visitation was superb very secure and It made me feel secure as a visitor. Also the place for some reason looks a bit older not the cleanest but spacious and effort full with their luxury. At first glance, the bldg impressed it was nice and the Apartment’s layout seem spacious which is rare nowadays

They cashed a check for rent and continued to evict. They sent a hardworking single mom and two kids to the street .Absolutely the lowest class management dressed up in a nice lobby .Seek quality elsewhere.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!Very loud (construction nonstop!)Homeless ppl stealing from your car every weekThey stole both my wife’s and my bike from the “gated area” and they told us the cameras don’t work.Homeless people probably broke into our car and stole our personal belongings, never recorded.I have seen the cops called here very often.Clearly a lot of issues. Not safe for families here.Be aware this is located in a very very bad area in west palm beach.

This place is HORRIBLE!!I have seen homeless people living in the garage.I have been told many times by many people who have lived here that they have been victims of theft several times while living here. This place is not safeThere are homeless people surrounding this place who will steal from you or do worseThey have stolen bikesBroken into peoples carsVery very dangerous especially if you are a female living alone or have a family.Stay away from Loftin Place!
