Lincare is no longer located at the address listed. They haven't been there for over 5 years; I have called many times and they refuse to change it.
They have customers in need coming to an outdated location.
I myself have had to make maps for these people with the new address on them with a map so that they can find the damn store that they need for their medical needs! Shame

If you can get through their phone lines/backlogs.. Only deal with José the 02 technician. The best!! And Sue in customer service. They are the only two people to get any of my needs met out of the WPB office. Customer service is non existent as there is none. Unless you are lucky enough to come across these folks mentioned.Jan.6th 2023 ordered power scooter that was changed to a power wheelchair in March or April . To this day, i still have no wheelchair and it is July 10th!!! This can't be again and again and again. Horrific! Medicare should be ashamed to contract with such a poor choice of providers.

I have a doctor’s order for a Cpap since October 2021. It’s March 2023 and it hasn’t been delivered. All I get it’s excuses every time I call. Awful customer service .

Avoid the West Palm Beach office, go to Delray/Boca branch. I have a CPAP machine that I can't use becuase it doesn't fix. I left 12 vociemails for this WPB branch to get a replacement mask and I missed the 30 day exchange because this WPB branch didn't answer the phone. I quote from the call I just got off of "I can't go back in time now you have to wait Febuary 2023 to exchange something that doesn't fix. Poor customer service

CALLED TO GET A HOSPITAL BED FROM uhc DISTCONNECTED 5 TIMES, WORST SERVICE EVER, TERRIBLE SERVICE ON HOLD EACH TIME FOR 15+ MINUTES AND THEN DISCONNECTED, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Awful customer service. They don't realize the work in a time sensitive business with patients care at risk. If the employee of lincare had to struggle one day with low oxygen they would understand better the business they are in.

I have been using a CPAP machine for over 25 years. I have dealt with many different companies. Lincare provides the best customer service ever. Any problems that I had were minor most of them in fact all of them were my fault and I wasn't using the machine properly. They were very helpful and if I can give them a 10 star rating I would I highly recommend them very professional and unbelievable customer service.

Wanted Lincare to know how much we appreciate the service of Jose who comes to our home to assist us in all our needs concerning my 24/7 oxygen requirements. This terrific young man is surely an asset to Lincare.

I'd really have to give Lincare a 0 ( no stars). I called at 3:36 on the day of my husband's discharge from the hospital for Lincare to deliver supplies to our home. Then again at 4:15 and every half hour inquiring about when the oxygen would be be delivered. Lowered the flow rate on the tank provided at the hospital to 1.5 so the tank would last. Still no supplies at 7:10 pm. Tank empty. Lincare Service is negligent in serving the needs of those requiring oxygen.
