After my car got hit by a truck, a friend recommended Alex to me. Initially, I was hesitant to drive all the way from Miami to Palm Beach, but Alex completely exceeded my expectations. This wasn’t just a regular body shop experience—Alex went above and beyond.
He arranged for a tow truck and even sent over a rental car for me, making the entire process incredibly convenient. When my BMW was returned, it was in perfect condition, flawlessly repaired. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.
Alex didn’t stop there—he followed up weeks later to ensure everything was still working perfectly. He also guided me through the frustrating insurance process with patience and expertise, which was a huge relief for someone like me who gets impatient with these things.
I highly recommend Alex for anyone in need of car repairs. His exceptional service, quality work, and customer care are second to none!

When I tell you both the owner and his team, are hardworking good guys who want to deliver the BEST service you can find, I’m not kidding. I have never received from any mechanic shop, INCLUDING DEALERSHIPS, such caring top notch service and attention to my car and concerns. This place doesn’t play around, these guys are commited to giving you what ur there for and NOT overcharging you for it. Alex is the most genuine shop owner I have ever met, and he didn’t know me at all to help me the way he did. I actually cried! Bc I felt the kind of care about my concerns and worries regarding my car that I only ever felt from my own late father. When I tell you this place is a complete GEM, even THAT is an understatement. I feel I struck gold AND won the lottery. To find this kind of care and service in south florida is SHOCKING. So thankful to Alex and his wonderful team!!

Alex was superrrrr helpful and was very reasonable in the body work he did for my Acura RDX. He pays so much attention to detail and is very sweet, definitely very genuine. He was one of the only places open on Saturday and truly cares about his clients and getting a great end result. He gave me a timeline and also stuck with it being that my times I could come pick up and drop off were limited. Great quality work done in a reasonable time.

I had an incident with my 740 bmw . Alex here gave me an estimate and got the car in the shop within 5 days then he saw my front end out of alignment. He ordered me 2 new tires and had the bumper redone so perfectly. I highly recommend this place for auto body repair I would give 10 stars if I could

Alex and his team did an above and beyond job when I brought the car in. I’ve had some bad experiences with auto body shops in the past but not with Lakeshore Body. Alex is a man of his word and had the repairs done BEFORE his estimated timeframe. Will definitely be back and would recommend to others.

Normally never post reviews, but I had such a good experience that I felt compelled to. Came to them with a BMW 328i that was leaking water into passenger side. Alex said I got you and fixed it fast and for cheap. They're straightforward and honest, unlike most other car shops. Will be coming here for any future work.
