I pawned my best fishing poles and a 14k cross charm of mine that was very sentimental to me the employee there knew that and knew me I paid my extended monthly finance for about 10 months they knew how important my belongings were to me and i did NOT want to lose my things. I was about only a week late on the loan form it says im to have another additional 30days if late on a payment before my account defaults.. I went in to extend another month again on April 26th i even followed up i was late due to being very sick..an hour after recieving a courtesy text from Jay saying"Please come in today (April 26th to save your items from selling."@4:10pm i recieved the text after that i was at the shop before 5pm same day to make the extension payment to only be told he sold my items and I had to buy MY own 14k cross charm back as well! So so upset. "my last payment i made on it was March 16th i was ONLY SEVERAL DAYS LATE AFTER 10 MONTH PAYING extensions fees to THEM TO HOLD MY items thats how important my items were to me. this was so upsetting and unbelievable I thought with a year of history i had with them and me paying on this account almost a full year and others they would extend me the courtesy of honoring the text I recieved at 4:10PM from Jay to save my items by end of day before selling. As I was told in the text to come in "TODAY" and make the payment or they'd sell!? I was there by 5PM to make my payment and my items were sold? SELLING my things after so many months of me keeping my accounts in good standing. this use to be my go to pawn when I needed help with bills now i think They have no kind of courtesy to customer relations im so upset!!! Don't go here if you need a helping hand or understanding they will sell your things without second thought not caring! How long you've been doing buisness with them. ?
