I am extremely disappointed with Keystone in West Palm Beach. Since last week, I have been trying to purchase a hood, and the delivery, which was supposed to happen on Monday, has been delayed multiple times. Today is Friday, and I still haven't received the part.
The people who answer the phone are rude, and on several occasions, they hung up on me. My customer's car is sitting idle, waiting for this part, and this lack of communication and commitment is hurting my business.
I hope this situation is resolved quickly, but I definitely would not recommend Keystone West Palm Beach based on my experience.
