I came in to pick up an order. And in work clothes heavily tattooed I was treated with respect and kindness. The staff was super friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by it. I have been snubbed and looked down on for my appearance. But definitely wasn’t the case here.

The store is fabulous and I love the new spring line. I was not looking for a purse but this collection is fabulous and Daniela helped me out so much. She's fabulous and really knows what a person is looking for. Loved her. Would love to go back again.

My wife loves the products of Kate Spade. This oulet store is very cute, clean and located in a very nice mall. The prices are fanstastic. 60% + another 15% off. Also you can find new stuff, not only outdated models. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. We had a lot of fun with the ladies working there.

Larissa and her whole team are totally amazing! The store always looks beautiful and everyone is so friendly/ helpful all the time. But today I left my handbag ? there and I had 2 other bags in my hand so I didn't notice it was missing. But Larissa and her team had it safely behind the register and they even called me. But my bag started ringing......LOL.I will not forget Kate Spade, Larissa and her team ♥️ thank you so much. Appreciate you and you should all stop over and see for yourself

Excellent branch of this important brand of women's clothing and accessories.
In particular, this branch has special prices and promotions for being an "outlet" or factory store.
The service is very close and friendly, so shopping here was a pleasure without a doubt.
I recommend this branch for its prices, its location, it is not crowded like others and it has comfortable, free and ample parking.

I LOVE Kate Spade items and typically the Outlet is my go-to spot to shop, but I was actually very disappointed the last time I visited. Typically their prices are better than they were this last visit. For example, on their clothing rack, there was a tea-length dress that was marked as "clearance" for $423 (that's outrageous and after checking under the clearance sticker, it was only discounted $10 from the original price), then there was a blouse, also on "clearance" for the exact same price!?! How is a blouse (that only covers one's upper body) the SAME PRICE as a $400 tea-length DRESS (that covers your whole body)? That makes no sense. And while clearance had an additional 70% off the lowest marked price, their clearance prices are typically lower than just $10 off the original price.
In years past, I've purchased a winter coat that was originally over $700 for around $150 because it was on clearance and had additional % off. That's what I would typically expect. The prices I saw this time just didn't feel the same as they used to.
There were also A LOT of purses and items that were "excluded from sales and discounts", which I had never seen before (or at least I don't remember seeing that many items being excluded from the "store-wide sale" before). It was very confusing to determine which items were part of the sale and which were excluded because of how many items had signs in general areas that said excluded.
