Rude, unprofessional, scammers
They tried charging $39 a gram for 10k gold when other jewelers a little further south are charging $33/gram (gold is at $2320 a ounce) then they will get mad and act extremely rude and feed you lie after lie and say they have been doing this for years and you dont know anything. They even curse at you... AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE
