Car accident happened in October 2021. This shop collected collected payment from the insurance company for what should have been a two week repair. This shop claims the damaged rear liftgate was on back order despite there being hundreds listed online, but couldn’t provide back order details or invoices to the insurance company. While the insurance company paid for the repair, they ended the car rental payment after 52 days because it exceeded the time for the type of repair (14 days) required and the shop could not provide invoices to substantiate their extending the rental. The shop did periodically reimburse self rental pay. This shop continued to provide excuse after excuse for 4 months. They promised to deliver the vehicle multiple times with each delay having another excuse ranging from parts to employees. The owner claimed (via text) that all that was left was “minor assembly” and putting the decals back on the vehicle. I showed up at the shop over a month ago and the owners employees claimed they did not know where my vehicle was (I have a tracker on the vehicle and could pinpoint the bay the vehicle was parked in). Because it was locked away, the police said it was a civil matter, but I couldn’t get my vehicle. The owner then promised to make my vehicle a priority and hire all new personnel as that was the reason for the multiple delays. The second time, for my inconvenience and the multiple delays, they claimed to have fixed a dent unrelated to the accident, but were going to have the vehicle delivered to my house. The vehicle was never delivered. I showed up at the shop the following day to find the vehicle and not a single repair the rear of the vehicle that this shop collected payment on had been completed after having had my vehicle for 4 months. The owner wasn’t there. The car was running when I arrived but the employees then turned the vehicle off (in front of me) and tried claiming they didn’t know where the key was. Police had to be called. What was completed was the wet sanding of the “courtesy repair” that will still require paint . Owner is a coward and will no longer answer his phone to address the issue. Already discussed matter and forwarded the text messages with an Attorney and will have to pursue legal actions since the Owner wants to avoid and hide. DO NOT take your vehicle here. Excuses is all you will get.Services: Painting

He is useless and waste. No manners. Very rude. Liar. Arrogant. Worst experience of my life. Don’t recommend JMT. Check for alternate Body shop.Tommy promised me one amount initially for repairing my multiple cars and lied about the check he received from Insurance. Finally charged me double the bill and started arguing with me and my wife . Charged me double the amount. Who on this earth uses F*** bombs with customers? But this guy has the worst personality. Always fights with staff. He is completely useless. Please don’t go to him at all and avoid him.Took 3 months to repair my cars. I have to follow up with him 100 times for my 3rd caras he charged me ahead. Then he came up with this stupid idea of charging me extra. I hate to see his face and think of him.Worst worst experience. Don’t want to give a single star, but system is not letting me to choose zero or negative. Only God will do justice. Tommy will realize it in future.

I brought the car to have the front splitter, spoiler, and fenders installed. Tommy and his team performed all the body work on the car and everything was completed in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier with how the car turned out and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend JMT Body Shop and trust them to do an impeccable job!Services: Painting

Update....4/19/2022 Been trying to get Tommy to send me a quote to fix my wifes Honda again after a hit and run for the last 3 months. So far all I've gotten are excuses and blaming his workers. Not sure what happened to this business, but I hope he gets squared away soon .....JMT did an amazing job fixing the rear bumper of our car. They matched the paint exactly and had it done quickly...highly recommend them for a great reasonably priced repair.

If you want to get scammed this is your one stop shop! If anyone wants to be ripped off be sure to get an exact amount for his "work" on paper before the agreed amount triples after completion. I've seen cross eyed diy first timers do better work than this "professional" he likes your hard earned money as much as he likes food! Let me just begin by saying tommy is awesome ! Boyfriend brought my car in because I had a stripped seat torx bolt and he got it done and fixed so fast and was so helpful. Super kind and honest 100% recommended.

Tommy and I discussed fixing my truck with two new doors. I stressed to him repeatedly how I am about my truck and I did not want any repair to the doors or body filler on my truck. I was told by Tommy that it would be 1.5-2 weeks to fix with two new doors. After a week of no communication from Tommy NOT ANSWERING HIS PHONE (call&text) I drove to the shop to find my doors were repaired with filler with out ever telling me. Then I was promised that it would be perfect and I would never be able to tell they were repaired with a LIFETIME warranty. I reluctantly let him continue the work as he already had my door panels, door trim, mirror and window trim off. This was a week in so I don’t understand how I finally got my truck back after 34 DAYS??? So he not only did the exact opposite of what we discussed about not repairing doors he took 3 weeks to paint my truck. Then finally happy to get my truck, I go to get it on a Saturday when he’s not even open??? I look at my truck and my door panels were damaged there was clear coat missing in places and they painted over yellow tape and left it under the paint. I counted over 20 runs in the paint on just one of the doors. Not to mention all the burnt thru clear coat and scratches where it looks like who ever did the buffing did it with a Brillo pad. Then he tried to charge me $1200 more than he told me after fixing the doors instead of replacing them So not only did he not fix what I brought it to him for other things were damaged during the 34 days he had my truck. My truck is extremely clean and well taken care of I’m very meticulous about this truck. I would DEFINITELY not recommend bringing your vehicle to JMT so you don’t have to go thru what I went thru. He also said he was going to treat me like family! ?Services: Painting

The work JMT did on our minivan exceeded our expectations. Everything looked like new, did not miss a thing and made sure the work was done well. The estimate on the work he gave stayed at that price and there were no surprises when it came to the final charge. A+++ and very satisfied.

Great place and where i will always be going for any of my needs for my car. Tommy was amazing, I called him the morning of because my splash guard in my car was dragging. I went by and unknown to me at the time, he took time out of his lunch time to fix it. Great customer service!

Scam artists had my car for weeks, all work that was done was subpar. Never coming here again.Edit:Shop finally replied to my REVIEW. Didn't bother answering his phone when they had my car, I doubt there are any sort of records at this place.I'm definately not going to give my real name here for you to harass me in personReview stays up until my bank agrees to the charge back for the subpar paint work or I get a refund from the shop.I love getting notified by google maps before an actual phone call. Seems like they care more about their reviews than the cars they work on.

I was introduced to this business by someone who had damaged my car. Normally I let insurance handle it but, I felt compassion for the guy so, I used his body man and I have been coming to this place ever since. This is officially my paint and body shop. I was so impressed at his work. He was able to keep all my original parts and made my car look like is was never in an accident. I worked in the automotive industry and was trained to look for certain things but, with this shops work it's almost impossible to tell. The owner I can call my friend and I would do anything to assist him. He has a phenomenal spirit and always has a can do attitude.
