I just bought a 2019 Mercedes S560 coupe from Jaguar of Palm Beach. I have been pleased with Lance Pain's help and attention to detail during the process of purchasing the car. He has been readily available for any questions and requests. He arranged for transportation to my home in Massachusetts and the carrier was prompt and effective. The description of the car was clear and a true. I would highly recommend Lance and the staff at Jaguar of Palm Beach to potential clients.

UPDATE to last Review: Just got another XF and worked with Lance Pain. Best experience and super easy. Love dealing with Palm Beach Jaguar! This is the 4th Jaguar I have bought and my first at Palm Beach Jaguar. Best service ever. They did everything for me and made the transaction very easy. I sold them my old Jaguar and bought a new one from them - and was a very smooth and professional experience. Dealing with Lance Pain at Jaguar Palm Beach has been a very good experience - hopefully when the new Jaguar SUV comes out we will be getting one from him too!

Absolutely outstanding customer service and outstanding service on my F type limited addition Checkers Jaguar. This was my first experience with Jaguar Palm Beach and they exceeded my expectations. They were attentive, courteous, expedient, and meticulous. I have had Jaguars for 25 years and this organization is truly a pleasure to work with! Daniel was wonderful in explaining my service needs, and Emma was wonderful in attending to my customer service needs. I would highly recommend this company.

One of the best car buying experiences hands down. Very welcoming and helpful environment! Sales consultant Eric Cotto was very easy to work with was not pushy with making a sale. Yet he was result driven, to make sure I get a fair deal! Whether your looking for a new or pre-owned car this is the place to go!

Deceptive in their ways. Charged me 200$ for a diagnostic to see if my windshield wiper nozzles would be covered under warranty and finally told me they wouldn’t. Paid 200$ for nothing. Another dealership confirmed it’s a play for words and it’s to their discretion if they’ll cover the repairs under warranty. Warranty is a scam. Especially at this location. Bring your car to a mechanic. Will be cheaper and you won’t need to wait as long. To change my breaks they told me to bring the car in for over a week and be charged 4x times the price. Meanwhile my mechanic changed them in 1 morning.
