I visited this location today. They claim to close at four on Sundays but I arrived at 2:50 and there was nobody at the booth available to assist. Seems like they left early.

Preparer told us we would be getting a $1200.00 refund. IRS didn't agree. IRS sent us a bill for $1716.55. We also paid Jackson Hewitt over $300.00 for the error. I do NOT recommend.

I have being using Jackson Hewitt for 9 years now! Great service no problems . There are so many locations call and make an appointment it will save you a wait.

Just left this location! Appointment was at 2pm. Left at almost 3pm without my taxes done. Sat and listened while the tax preparer joked and chit chatted with her friend the client. Talking about coming to this country sending money back home to their country. Talking about somebody getting deported etc. Never acknowledged me. No oh I’m sorry we are running behind..nothing. I would be worried about giving this person your personal information. Very unprofessional.

Just had my taxes done today at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. They were on time, fast, friendly and extremely knowledagable. They gave me a great discount from 99.00 to 39.00 as offered in their Google promo. I would highly recommend you use their services and I have become a lifetime customer.

Last week I filed my taxes at Jackson Hewitt and I’m very satisfied with the customer service! Trishana is amazing! She was very knowledgeable and easygoing. She answered all my questions and concerns with ease. I felt very comfortable filing my taxes with her and I will definitely return next year. If I could give her more than five stars I would! I definitely recommend Trishana 100%!! :)
