Excellent customer service by Donovan from Venezuela and Denise they are super helpful they donate bikes provide volunteer opportunities they helped me out with my new bike I can’t thank them enough especially Donovan he is very kind and helpful give that man a raise do what you need to keep him

My poor bicycle was in storage for several years and the boys at Jack’s brought it back to life! Appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs and their prices for a new helmet, lights, and lock were reasonable. Highly recommend!

This charity has been around for many years. Children receive bikes for free!We have donated old bikes, parts, and accessories . They fix up the old bikes to generate money to purchase new bikes for children.Kind and very thoughtful organization.Thousands of local children have gotten bikes from Jack the bike man. A true gem in our community.

Great customer service. Very nice and polite. Really stand up shop once he realized that the repairs would cost more than I spent on the bike he literally gave me a bike to get to work. I can't remember the young man's name but I'd like to thank him personally and the whole Jack the bike man shop. You guys have a customer for life.

I'll Give them 0 Stars! I donated 2 bikes to Jack in the past for his cause because I believe in helping people when in need.When I was in need when my car broke down (Not his Problem).But needed a bike to get to work I thought about Jack.Told him my situation and budget he laughs and walks away I never felt so terrible about the situation and will NEVER DONATE TO HIM AGAIN! EVER!!!!

I was there for a repair. First I was turned away cause it was 5 min early the when I returned I was literally ignored while the staff rearranged bikes. Awful

I'm disabled homeless & depend on my bike to see specialists. The city cut my bike off city property when I had a flat I couldn't immediately repair, when I returned to fix it I learned it had been donated to Jack's. I called and Alex answered told him my story.... I have reciepts and key to lock. Alex told me I could come get it back. It took me 2 hours to walk there and was treated very kindly. I came ready to fix my flat but they had fully tuned my bike up new cables and tubes. He refused my tubes I brought as compensation. I cried.Wonderful people

It's a great organization with a great mission to bring a smile to a needy child's face, good health, and safe transportation & fun by giving away restored bicycles that have been donated to Jack. They also provide sales of used bikes and service to all bikes.

10/10 recommend. My one stop shop for all my bike needs.Stopped in today to get my bike fixed because it was not shifting gears. Damian and Manuel were my mechanics and they went above and beyond!They took to assisting me right away, they were professional and very knowledgeable. Damian identified the problem instantly and had it fixed in no time. He even showed me what was wrong and did a few test runs so I could feel confident on my next ride. Manuel helped me pick out a kickstand and answered some more questions I had.Unfortunately, I had to wait out the rain. Damian and Manuel kept me company as I waited and made pleasant conversation with me. They made me feel welcome, even in their busy shop.All in all, Jack the Bike Man’s shop is the best place if you want great service. Plus your contributions help a follow cyclist in need!

They do not pre authorise services and prices before servicing your bike. They let you know after the fact and add in services you do not ask for in order to up charge their customers. I would be weary to obtain a quote and sign it as an agreement before dropping off your bike. They ‘verbally’ say one price then will charge another.Check other reviewers they are saying it also has happened to them. Someone should report them to the better business bureau.
