Very good, super clean, excellent resident service, very comfortable apartment and the facilities are good. We have been there for a year and we are very happy with our apartment. Close to many stores, schools, gas stations, churches, hospitals and much more.

Lived here for 8 years 2015/16 - 2024 with no renovation or updates. -1/10
Don’t you do it! You’ll regret the decision of putting the pen and paper moving here. Your best friend will be roaches and paper thin walls. The maintainers are just there for patch work and if it’s broken they do NOT REPAIR/Replace they come and go leaving your door unlocked just to give you some old dusty things from a other old apartment few doors down.. (Emmanuel) and don’t leave your children alone with any of these people! the dumpster is a nightmare! It’s piled high and they don’t care (white lady maintained worker the butch one)🤷🏾♀️.. ever had your car shot up or witnessed people dead in apartments or the lake?? I have.. I’m telling you as a friend.. Don’t move here.. please consider elsewhere. Don’t even be desperate!
The managers in the office makes renters pay their rent in this App that crashes and bounces back rent payments with no notification and come into the office late and leave work early! They have their kids hiding in the dark offices in the front desk like it’s daycare!!! (Those fat front desk lady’s that live on the property RENT FREE)
The office staff have turned over about 5 times making FPL take over..
They want to price out renters to up the leasing prices so MAKE SURE U GET UR LEASE PAPERS IN YOUR 🙌🏾 and don’t get comfortable living here..
There are renters living in Indian trace that can’t even lock their front doors.. the locks don’t work.. the maintenance workers walk into your house while ur sleep or showering and they steal ur things too
The only maintenance people worth anything at all are the black men. He always wears hats but he will work to help you! I think his name is Justin/jordan or something but he was a blessing the last year I lived there.. get everything you do in writing and copy your rent payments to them. Don’t let these people have you struggling and broke. Don’t live here!!!!!
Edit: I watch them throw peoples things out in the grass or parking on for the elements and the cleaning fee is a SCAM 😂 they rope a LONG ORANGE extension cord from neighbors apt (ever wonder why ur bills high, they constantly use people electricity to have the lights on in vacant apts from the boxes on the side of the building) to clean out vacant apt; I.E they rip up the carpet and slap paint on the walls. The apartment is full of fumes to the heavens. That’s what they call renovation. They will give you a ‘new apt’ and the only thing different was paint and carpet. Don’t get scammed plz! This complex is a violation and should be shut down! Everyone has fancy cars and no money here cause we are all living with mold and roaches.. luxury apt my 🍑

Property manager living on the property and setting up cameras on the building she lived on watching who comes and goes into your apartment like she is on CIA duties and then put inspection notice on your door to do illegal inspection for her own personal agenda and questioning your guest and making assumptions.
