They closed 30 minutes earlier than their posted hours. I missed a pick up because I expected them to be open as posted.

Horrible customer service, I Called today to ask about a product and the guy that got the call was very rude and told me to go look online, that he didn't have time to talk on the phone. This is not the first time I get a bad experience at this place!

Went in to buy stuff for my new project with my husband. I went inside and there was a handsome boy who was very kind and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. The boys name was Jorge, he was very patient with me as I don’t know much about what I needed and neither did my husband since our grandson will be the one building the shed. Jorge was a kind employee, I could tell he was busy and stressed and he still helped us. He went above and beyond. I will be returning for him.

My husband went in for pricing on plywood was told to go in the website, the gentleman is always to busy on the phone. While the IMeca in Delray Beach helps you and even shows you the plywood. I am disappointed on service at the West Palm IMeca.

Called for pricing and was told “ ma’am I have customers at the counter. You just need to come into the store.” Well the store is a 45 minute drive and I’m not wasting my time for pricing that any business with decent customer service will give over the phone. At a minimum you could have taken my name and number to call me at a less busy time. Horrible customer service and business practice.

I felt compelled to write a review after reading some of the comments here.. I went in to buy some baseboards today. Overall, I found the staff to be professional and knowledgeable. They try not to promise inventory as they are busy and could run out of product on a moment's notice. I found this to be a no nonsense, get in, know what you want, and get out type of place. For those that want antentive and affectionate hand holding, go to Home Depot and pay double for the same product. Otherwise, I found them to have a good selection and even better pricing.

I showed the guy at the desk a picture of the bracket I was looking for, to which he replied "I don't know what that is we don't have it." Thinking logically I asked him "how do you know you don't have it if you don't know what it is? After I said that he got loud and said "I ain't got nothin here for you bro" over and over louder and louder aggressively. Hope he gets fired.

Worst customer service ever, Everytime I got there , the guy behind the counter is on the phone at least for 20 minutes, is pretty rude and when finally got he's atencion he doesn't know anything of hardware's so he can't give you assistant, just the basics, lucky for me I also speak Spanish cause he doesn't speak English either, i guess people who doesn't speak Spanish are having a worst experience than me ...

Best Customer Service !I was in the hunt for some cabinet hardware when my contractor told me about this place. Not only were they HALF the price as the Big Box stores, I actually got great customer service. They were knowledge and beyond helpful. Please do yourself a favor and check here before the other two Hardware stores.
