100% customer satisfaction up until my last delivery. I have never complained about any issues, the quality of food, or delivery. Today I pointed out that they had delivered one wrong item and asked about it being fixed. I was met with the cold and unhelpful response from one **************** provided screen captures or my order and they refused any mistake on their part. Mistakes happen and if they would have only said 'oh we screwed up' this wouldn't have been an issue.

Ideal nutrition has been my meal provider since Feb 2021 and I cannot say enough good things about this service. Fresh meals delivered weekly has been such a time/money/calorie saver for me. The food is always good, customer service is always on point from the agents on the computer/phone to the delivery drivers. I've had zero issues in the last year and a half. I appreciate that they periodically check in with me, and continue to make positive changes- website design, labeling, recipes etc.

I'm a registered nurse working lots of overtime with no time to cook healthy meals. I was taking TV dinners to work......until I found this place. I bought 14 meals the first time I went into the store. The meals can be frozen so that means less trips for me. And they have breakfast! So I bought different meals to find out which ones I liked the most. Well, every single meal has been perfect!! This place is a lifesaver for me due to the hours I work. The meals are very affordable and I even received a discount because I'm a veteran and a nurse. I'm extremely happy I found this place!

LOVE idea nutrition. Their meals are always fresh and delish! On weeks where I'm swamped with cake orders this place helps with lunch and dinner for both me and my husband. Our favorite meals and must tries are the Keto butter steak, pork and congri, any of the fish meals, and pasta meals. The portions are great and filling. These meals not only help you keep a healthy diet but also provide an easy way of living when you don't want to cook. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Their BOGO deals are also a win! Definitely recommend this place!

I am totally a convert! I have been having Freshly delivered for the past 5 months. I have lost 30 pounds, but I was getting so bored of the food. It really is just an elevated version of frozen dinners. My friend told me to try Ideal Nutrition, and I am hooked! This food is super delicious!!! I haven't had a bad meal yet! I feel like I am eating restaurant take out for every meal! Thank you so much for putting me back on track!

Love these! Just wish there was a store closer to me. (Over an hour away) They do deliver and that is what I've been having them do. It typically works out ok. I worry about the food sitting outside since I work at the hospital 25min away and it's delivered in the afternoon several hours before I get home. The last time I was not happy at all because they delivered it in the morning before 11a and I had no way to get to it sooner. I had a busy day at the hospital with an emergency add on which caused me not to get home til 9pm. It still would have been quite awhile with the afternoon delivery but because they came super early that day for some reason my food wasn't even cold and the ice bags were completely melted and no longer cold either. I was scared to eat it since I had fish and chicken items. I'm hoping to figure something out because it is good, quick, easy Nutrition for me whether I use them for lunch at the hospital or dinner after a long day. 3min and I have a great meal with low sodium to boot (unlike other quick meals I've tried)!

We tried Ideal Nutrition for an one-time order with delivery to our house and was really pleasantly surprised. - Pros: * Food was very delicious in taste *So convenient to just microwave the food, saved me so much time in cooking/prepping *Value for money - for $7/meal, the food was amazing and I wouldn't expect anything more. However, I will not order from Ideal Nutrition again, just would like to share some honest feedback. Cons: *I think your service crew are not very well trained on your customers who are getting home deliveries. They couldn't answer some questions regarding the delivery time, openings on websites etc. I spoke to 2 staff on 2 occasions, they both sounded very unsure and not confident. *Menu options are a little limited to me since I don't eat meat. There were only 2-4 vegetarian/shrimp options. *I was also very unwilling to order 20 plastic containers every week. So I asked the staff if there would be any return service where I can return the washed plastic containers so the business can reuse them. She flat out told me to throw them away or recycle myself. Well, just personally, I'm trying to reduce waste consumption so I decided not to subscribe to the service. This is something I hope management can consider - I know there maybe some operational changes/costs involved in trying to be green. But I truly believe it will be cost savings and beneficial in the long run to the business.

The food here is impeccable and has helped me jump from 145 lbs soaking weight to 178.2 lbs during our COvID-19 quarantine.. It was definitely clean healthy muscle with minimal fat gain. I will continue coming here and the staff are friendly! There is one specific woman named “Moe” and she has a super upbeat attitude, great energy and I can tell she is great for the job and any endeavors for her future.Thank you everyone at this amazing food prep service and to many more years to come! I made the decision to try to eat better. My trainer told me small meals, tons of protein. I had no idea how to properly prepare my meals without adding things that I didn't need. Then I came across Ideal Nutrition. I can't remember how, but I did. I was skeptical from the jump. There was no way someone else making my meals could possibly do so and I be full and the meals .. delicious. But, I placed my first order and I was ready to hate it. The food showed up as promised in an insulated bag to ensure freshness. Delivered by a friendly young man. All meals were packaged neatly and everything that I ordered was present. I had my mouth fixed for the skirt steak so that is what I tried first. As soon as I took my first bite, it was a wrap. It was well seasoned, perfectly prepared and with all that it came with I was satisfied. I quickly became a regular, ordering enough for my lunches and dinners. Combined with exercise, water and their breakfasts occasionally I dropped 45 lbs in 3 months. Four of my friends soon followed. I really love that I had the option to go to their location and pick things up in case I was in a bind. The pricing is more than fair, and their customer service is superior. For anyone looking to eat smart no matter what your dietary needs are, they seem to have a wide variety of options. I really, really love their muffins for breakfast. So much protein, so little effort. It's a no brainer.

I was introduced to Ideal Nutrition to a friend of mine for healthy eating and portion control. I make a weekly trip up there on Sunday's to pick up my food for the week. Their food is good, huge selection and each meal is only $7, which is pretty darn cheap...don't think you can eat fast food anymore for only $7. The only complaint I have is that there are not more vegan options, they do a lot of chicken, so someone that doesn't eat red meat will be very happy but I would love to see more meatless options. The meatless options they do have are very good and satisfying but I'd like to not eat the same thing daily. I live in Boca so it's a bit of a drive but they are finally opening a location on Palmetto in East Boca, so they will be a lot closer soon. If you're looking for a healthy place to pick up meals, this is it....they also deliver if you're close enough.

So I've been eating this food for two weeks now. They have a nice variety of Keto, Paleo, Traditional and vegetarian. I have a few favorites, which I am lucky seems to be a weekly menu items. The Eggplant Parm is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It is delicious. The only issue I have the the eggplant parm is that there is not enough sauce for the rice noodles. They have a cauliflower Shawarma which is another fave of mine, as well as a lentil meal and a grilled chicken and sweet potato and broccoli. There has not been any meals that I would not recommend. For $7 a meal you can not beat it.
