I was at this store 10 minutes. They blatantly profiled me the minute I stepped in. There were 5 other customers around but this one worker singled me out and asked me what can he do for me. I'm not thin skinned so I just laughed it off, but he proceeded to literally follow my every step. I asked him if he was profiling me and he said yeah. It's a free country, so I guess go on and keep profiling in your private business, but if you're black and have an ounce of pride, avoid this place. But again, free country. Do what you want ✌?

Wouldn't even give one stars but it's the lowest it goes. Terrible customer service. My husband went to Ibis liquors on Nov. 6th to buy some French Champagne. Bought Piper Heidsieck and Moët. Piper is bad ... I called the store this morning and spoke to Jeff the asst' manager. He refused to make good on it by giving me a refund, another bottle or store credit. He was nasty and stated he has sold many bottles and never had a bad one. I offered to bring it to him to taste it and he said there's nothing he can do that the state of Florida doesn't allow liquor returns. If the manager or owner wants to respond and take care of this I will remove this post but otherwise I'll just let my credit card company take care of it and they will lose me as a customer.

This spot isn't far from my house so decided to pay a visit to see what they had available for allocated whiskey. Outside of the regular rotations and inventory I saw, I didn't see anything striking my fancy until I saw behind the counter one Wild Turkey Masters Keep Revival bourbon. At $160.00, it is worth every penny.A lot of times, you are just looking to see if there is one thing to pick up that can be a great addition to the collection. This place certainly had what I sought. Worth returning for a second visit.
