Waited over 5 hours via AAA for service or tow from PBI parking lot when car wouldn't start. They said Mr. Eddie from I95 towing was responding to another call, and we would be next. we called AAA 4 times. Still never heard from I95. Walked to local 7 -11, brought a gallon gas tank. And Someone had siphoned all the gas from car, which now has started. It's 2:00 am.. and they still hadn't called. HORRIBLE service.

If I could give negative stars I would. GEICO contracted this company to provide a towing service. After waiting 90 mins and calling the company multiple times they delayed the service twice until I finally canceled. I explained that I was with a child and the woman at dispatch lacked compassion and had little regard for meeting the quoted arrival time. Save yourself the delays and insensitivity and use KAUFF’S Transportation instead.

I95 Towing was contracted through travelers insurance to pick up my car. After waiting 3 hours with erratic ETAs, the pickup was abruptly cancelled. When I called I was told the driver was stuck in fort lauderdale. This was only shortly after being told that he was only a few minutes out, leaving me suspicious of the veracity of the excuse.

I was very very disappointed I waited for five hours for my car to be towed. Finally I called and they stated the service was cancelled by my insurance company but actually it wasn't. I than had to contact my insurance company with my very upset concern. I missed work long story short I ended calling another tow service they were able to come out in 15 minutes and communicated with me with the ETA. Communication is the key.

They only care about the money and bottom line. i passed by the other day to have one of my trucks towed and turned right around. I believe it says a lot about individuals when they don't take care of the cats that are on the property. i knew the previous owners and they were amazing in all aspects. Such good people- these people don't care. the cats are starving, skinny and I found one dead. it is so sad. I believe that humans that are selfless are better business owners. I hope they read this and start feeding those cats and taking care of them. i would be glad to bring business again.

Whoever drives the red kw is a complete moron. Swerving in and out of traffic nearly clipping multiple vehicles running red lights and doing 70+ in a 45 zone.
