The tax professional didn't know how to do the refund advance. I did my best to walk her through it but she clicked no on the question asking for permission to access my information and she clicked no. Ruining my shot at the advance this year.

Poor poor services. I filed in early April. Still no refund in November!!! These people take your prep money and then do not help you get your refund at all
