I "use" to love this location. I called and asked "Do I have to order ham and swiss take and bake sliders?" The employee that answered the phone was not only annoyed but annoying. She said "well which kind do you want (so annoyed) I have 4 different kinds." Wow I said "ham and swiss" when she answered the phone! Needless to say I will find another location going forward.

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up an Uber eats order for a customer and was treated horribly. They were denying all Uber eats orders also.

During the Thanksgiving holiday my order slipped thru the cracks. The store had no idea when I arrived first thing in the morning after Thanksgiving. They jumped together as a team to get my order ready in minutes. Great work! Thank you for preparing a fabulous lunch for me and my quests.

On Friday 11/24, I visited the Honey Baked Ham store in West Palm Beach Florida to purchase a pre-pack of sliced ham. The cashier who was ringing up the transaction was having issues and told me to swipe my card several times. The "manager" Stephanie, then came over to assist her and had me swipe my card multiple times again! I was concerned about being charged more than once and asked if they were sure that wouldn't be the case. I was assured by Stephanie that I would only be charged once for $15.21 since there was only one printed receipt. She also tried to reassure me that the system was acting a bit wonky because of the higher volume of business leading up to thanksgiving. I took my purchase and went about my day! On Monday, I checked credit card and noticed 3 pending charges at Honey Baked Ham. Of course I was shocked, since I had previously been assured I would only be charged once. I immediately called the store and spoke to Stephanie, who said not to worry because it was pending and that by the time it would be processed there should only be one charge. She also said to come on if by any chance the pending charges turned into real charges. Several days later, I checked my account and noticed that the three previously pending charges were showing as 3 real charges! This afternoon I decided to take a copy of the receipt, the bag/package showing the price of the ham, along with credit card transaction log showing three separate charges, to the store. I was met by an extremely rude Stephanie, who treated me like I was a criminal. I showed her my receipt and the 3 charges , along with my call log of previous calls to the store to inform them of their mistake. She was nasty and unprofessional, and told me she could only give me a gift card for $30.21. I explained to her that I did not want a gift card, I needed the refund to the original form of payment. Again, she continued to be loud and rude and was lucky I kept my composure. She also did a fake attempt to refund to my card and told me that it was declined and the system wouldn't let her do it. After I asked for the general manager or someone above her...she told me Phllippe was the GM and she went and get a gentleman...not sure if he was actually Philippe or not. He barely addressed me, but managed to process a refund to my credit card, which interestingly enough, just minutes earlier Stephanie claimed was impossible for the system to do. This woman treated me like I was trying to get something for free, when I was simply trying to get them to correct a mistake they made! I find this type of practice extremely dishonest and deceptive for business to do! To fraudulently overcharge a customer, then refuse the correct type of refund and only offer them a gift card , which forces them to spend there, is a bad way to get business. Shame on Honey Baked Ham if this is your standard of business. I hope you also invest in some management and customer service training for that sorry excuse of an employee Stephanie!

I was there this morning at 7:45AM 11/22/23. I always order food for Thanksgiving and Christmas every year. Today 11/22/23, as my fiance and I were at the counter, there was this lady to the left of us waiting for her order. She was so rude and attitude towards staff member was so uncalled for, that I immediately said to her "Calm the hell down, everyone is here for the samething. We all are going to get our orders, the staff is doing the best that they can with limited staff that they have. She shut up and didn't say anything else rude to them after that. She was clearly uppity and self entitled. The manager had apologized plenty of times for the slow process already before and after her little hissyfit. I appreciate the staff that works there year after year and their kindness! I will continue to go there every year.

We stopped by a week before thanksgiving, so the parking was plentiful and convenient, the wait time was not too shabby, (about 10 mins), and the food was delicious.
