Called for information… last night in hotel and I was told you have to be sleeping in your car with your children or an uninhabitable place ie. bridge or park bench for 24 hours before I could be screened for homelessness. Call back once that’s happened… how is this organization offering hope? Consciously how do the employees go home at night and sleep soundly knowing they‘ve told a mother to sleep outside with her children for 24 hours just to become eligible to be SCREENED for assistance.

Frustrated with the government and no housing for my sister and I.Palm beach county Florida needs a plan for homeless. The greedy landlords would rather have the apartment empty rather than have a good person who paid their rent on time rent at a reasonable price. No they don't care only about the money. So the apartments are empty how sad and pathetic. How heartless watching people suffering with housing.how would they like to be sick and have no place to live. We are disabled 64 almost 65 years old. We are living in our car. We need more people in government that want to help the homeless. We need republican senators and congressmen to understand what it's like to struggle and live in a car or on the street. Then maybe we can get something done. This is disgusting to be a disabled person who can't afford housing. Let them try it for a week or even a day to go through what we have been going through.

Someone said here "Just when exactly does Palm Beach County plan on solving their homeless problem?" Answer: Stop electing Democrats. Period. They are on the majority of Palm Beach County's local government programs. They get into power by continually keeping people in a state of need without really doing, well, anything. This county is the worse, and there is only one variable and one type of worldview which perpetuates this.
