Love shopping here! They have all price points and the ladies who work here really want you to feel good in your purchases. Maria Elena has been my go to since day 1, and I swear my closet is thankful for her. Also they have big sales throughout the year which are so exciting to shop!!

So I made a scathing review Friday because I was so upset at how horribly I was treated by employees of The Hive. I am revising without mentioning names. I am not that kind of person but the rating remains the same. Buyer beware. These were not the people who greeted me in the store and helped us spend thousands in their shop. When I called about a defective shoe, I was yelled at, made to feel like I had done something wrong, completely aggressive and absolutely no help trying to help with shoes that bled black all over my feet. I wasn't trying to trick them, just wanted to find out what I could do, but we didn't even get that far because of their combative attitude. They just lost some great customers.

Very short working hours so it makes it hard for people who actually work to be able to go there. Very few items that are not flowy and oversized.Not enough staff

Had an unpleasant experience, I purchased an item and went back the next day to return it unworn I did cut the tag but still had it with time and receipt but I didn’t read the sign on the desk explaining their return policy I was unable to return for store credit. Which I believe wasn’t clarified.
