At least 50% of the time the shuttle is MIA. Been waiting for 25 mins for the shuttle and i have seen the Enterpise shuttle 3x, but no sign of Hertz

Be careful with what is being said to you by representatives at this location, because they will end up charging you for services you do not require. I went to location to pick up rental and informed them I had my own third party insurance (which I had proof of) which I paid for already when I booked online. However unknowingly to me the representative charged me for hertz insurance without letting me know. I found this out when I received the rental receipt at the end of it. When I contacted hertz customer services I was told I signed a contract with them, and i could not get a refund for insurance cost, because location management denied it. How can you charge me for a service without my knowledge and then hide behind legal jargon, instead of making it right with customer. I personally will never use this company again, because i don't think as a customer I was treated fairly and company did not take my complaint seriously enough.

West palm beach airport location is incredibly dishonest. We rented a vehicle at the airport, during check out the employee gave us a list of "add ons", which we declined. Extra insurance was never mentioned. Upon return we find out we were charged $40+ a day for insurance we were never presented with.Im fully insured and would have easily provided proof of insurance if it was ever mentioned. Brought this up to the lady at the counter upon return and she said " you'll get a survey, you can write it there"

I am a gold member and I have rented with Hertz for 20 years. I would like to thank this Hertz location for the exceptional service. I recently went into this location to ask some questions about an important upcoming rental. I was unable to get anyone on the phone from the local office. Any number that I called went directly to a call center that was off-site. I decided to go into the location and I met an amazing employee Annie. She was very kind, polite, and patient with all my questions. She was also very knowledgeable with all of their protocols and products. She definitely made our stressful situation a breeze. I highly recommend this location for renting a vehicle through Hertz. I equally highly recommend asking for Annie to assist you with any of your rental needs.

First off, absolutely zero customer service. Secondly, 70.00 bogus fule/energy charge after returning a Tesla with exactly the same charge as it had when I had picked it up. Yeah, good luck returning an electronic vehicle with 100% charge, seems like quite the racket that got going on. I should also mention that the vehicle was pretty beat up and with thrashed interior, the least they could have done would have been to wash the bird crap off of it before they gave it to me. Super disappointed, will never again rent from Hurtz.

I just rented a car from Hertz in West Palm airport. And I was very impressed. I give Annie 5 stars for her assistance. She was very welcoming, calm and help me get the car that I needed for my trip. She answered all my concerns. The line was short and I was in and out fairly quickly. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Annie.

Shuttle is far slower than any of the other rental agencies nearby. Making me late all the time. Also they never have my rental info on the board, so I have to go stand in line for ages. It's a bummer ?

Clean facility and great Customer Service
