My 92 year old mother sent me flowers for my birthday which were dead upon arrival.
When I call the florist, heaven and earth floral inc., I was told by this obnoxious and extremely arrogant person, possibly the owner that he was the one who made the arrangement. He then proceeded: "well, what kind of flowers do you like...obviously you don't like lilies and roses?"
And, when I responded that I like them all, except the dead ones", he became hostile and insulting. This is not really someting worth wasting my time on however, I'd like everyone to know that how this miserable person can put a damper on what supposed to be a special occasion.
Do yourselves a favor and never use this business!

They made the flower of my wedding ? and since that day whenever it is a special date we order flowers with them, they are the best.

Unfortunately -1 star is not available. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers for my mother-in-law on her birthday,
I paid EXTRA for early delivery and same-day delivery before 2 PM. I got an email at 5 o’clock telling me they can place order for delivery tomorrow through another florist. The website specifically said they have this bouquet available online for same-day delivery. My 84 year old mother in law In assisted living ALONE has nothing to celebrate her special day ???

.flowers didnt look anything like picture..Small I ordered deluxe . Hsd only. 7 flowers in dark pink vase. Ed suppose to be light pink. Had one dark flower in middle???? Was an embarrassment. Will be sure to tell all my friends in WPB TO be aware of your services. Went to Tillman Funeral Home for Stephenson August 4th.

I placed an order for a fruit basket, a Happy Birthday balloon, a box of chocolate, and a stuffed animal on 6/28/23 and of course my debit card was charged for that purchase. I called the next day and I spoke with Vince and I told him that I never received my invoice via email like I asked the young woman to send it to me and she said she would and that was a lie. Vince didn't even ask me to identify myself and all he said that if I ordered a plush animal and I said yes. The man had the nerve to go behind my back and illegally charged my account an additional $12.95 for the plush animal that was already billed to my account. I did not give him authorization to charge my account because I did not make a purchase while I was on the phone with him. That was not an error on his part. It was dishonesty and greed. I am warning the public not to do business with this dishonest company. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau, my bank, and my attorney. You need to credit my account ASAP. Also, the fruit basket was overpriced. It wasn't worth the money!

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worse bouquet of roses sent for the loss of my Aunt. If I could post the images of what I ordered from their internet site to what was delivered the arrangement would speak for itself. It looked as if they took drooping roses and shoved them in a vase with green leaves some of which were browning.. I called the funeral home director and advised them as they listed this florist as a referral. Truly a horrible experience and no response from the florist whatsoever. My family members couldn't believe how terrible this arrangement was. Save your money and go to a more reputable florist.

Calle store directly told them the flowers I liked on 1800flowers. It looked like about 30 flowers in the pic. go $60. HeAsked how much I wanted to spend on flowers I said $60.00.When my sister sent me a pic of the flowers she received it was a SCRAWNY few!!!Called the store and they said that was $60 worth. What a RIPOFFWish I knew how to send a pic. Pathetic
