If I could give a more NEGATIVE review I would. The state of care that mental patients get is HORRIBLE. Patients have to wait for Five or more hours before being seen. That is ridiculous and almost CRIMINAL. My daughter has been sitting and waiting to see a dr.fir over five hours. This ER and hospital process is barbaric! 1 Dr. for too many patients. This is why my daughter is waiting 5+ hours! JFK directors and staff yaull need to do better! I'm goin to rate this hospital EVERY DAY AND POST TICTOK until my daughter gets the treatment she needs.

Leon iop I had enjoyed the evening iop group it was really great with Leon he was the best I'm going to miss the group and everybody there and Leon to. I had learn alot from Leon I'm so blessed that Leon excepted me in to his group.

Leon M and the evening IOP was amazing. He truly knew my situation and had all the right suggestions to aid my journey through recovery and sobriety. I would recommend this course to any one struggling with mental health and or substance/alcoholism issues. Hope is exist! And it's found through this program!

My dad has been here for over a week with no diagnosis. Haven’t been given any new information on him. Just been told the same thing over and over. I want to believe they’re actually trying to find a solution but it’s getting hard to believe, especially with him sitting in front of me crying and praying to be let out. Hopefully he is diagnosed within the next day or two or I will be requesting he just be transferred. It is getting increasingly hard to watch him in his condition.

Customer service is good. But waiting time is too long. Sit and wait then pay for long hours in emergency room. It does not make sense to sit and wait then pay for emergency services.

If you care about your life or your family members life do not go here . They have a bunch of students training, don’t know what they are doing, they don’t ask your permission if you will like to be worked on by a student. I had a family member come in and they literally pressed down on her wound so hard which could’ve caused more damage. At this point I don’t know if my family member is going to be ok or stay alive. Be ware , go somewhere else . When you call in no one is professional, very rude on the phone , nurses got bad attitudes . I’m so upset how they treated my family, I’m disgusted and very disappointed.

Best emergency room I’ve ever been to from the moment I walked in super sweet staff shout out to my nurse, Jessica and the Director Diana and manager Vitaly for making sure my stay was comfortable thank you so much emergency room

My mom was rushed in by ambulance to JFK north. She had the flu and couldn’t breathe. I have to say the level of care and professionalism from JKF NORTH Staff was absolutely incredible. You saved my mother’s life. I am so grateful that you guys took such great care of my mother. I’m always been a very religious person ,and yes God was there also. Thank you so much for your help. All you guys were wonderful . The doctors the nurses the paramedics everything was just amazing. Thank you so much for I can’t express the gratitude I have.

came in sick they put sore throat AT Er. They tested for strep pneumonia and Covid, so they say negative, went to primary care dr. and had a positive result for covid. Wow I'm disappointed. No wonder they were so quick. Really need to slow down and help people.

Laying here in excruciating pain. Doctor told me he would change the medication to something stronger, I go to ask for it and I get yelled at telling me it’s not time yet. Doctor told me they would be able to give it to me because it’s a different medication. I’m laying here crying I’m in so much pain. One nurse comes in the room (not my nurse) and says it’s not time yet with an attitude and shuts the door. If they don’t have any compassion for the patient don’t work in healthcare. I’m laying here miserable in excruciating pain on top of having to be NPO and super thirsty. I spoke to the doctor myself and he said he would change the medication and they would give it to me and they are not. I don’t know what to do. I’m in tears I hurt so bad. Please someone help me. They won’t even let me speak to the charge nurse

Katyana lindsey dema dr Spence in the emergency room , we’re absolutely great!They charcked on me and. Made sure was was not in pain and genuinely concerned about how I felt and did everything they could to make time feel better. I highly recommended them.

I came in for lab work and was in and out in 30/45 minutes!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Dawn at registration got me checked in quickly and walked me down to the lab, Victoria helped me with paperwork and keeping me updated on the whole process, and Gina drew my blood effortlessly!!! Love coming here because everyone is so kind and helpful!!
