Just bought my X Maxx had a issues with it in the beginning brought it back and the two gentleman at the store were very awesome. They got my truck back up and working and it didn’t cost me a dime. I can’t ask for two better associates that know their product And what they carry in the store. They are always willing to give any information or knowledge that they have learned over the years and share it with any RC Hobbies. Once again, awesome place to buy parts and to buy new products.

I will remain a customer here for a very long time. Can’t say enough about the experience I had dealing with this shop. Anthony was awesome from the moment I walked in the door. He answered all my questions allowed me to test drive some of the trucks as I was on the fence about what I wanted. Between the amazing customer service, Huge selection of vehicles, and the unbelievable amount of parts they keep in stock I can’t imagine why anyone would go anywhere else. There about 45 minutes away from me and I will make the drive every time.

I was looking for a TRX4M Special Edition for the longest time. I live in Texas so I called these guys to see if they shipped. The person was very helpful on the phone and friendly and they sent my order fast and in good shape. I'm so glad these guys could make it happen. A+ service. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the quick turn around on my outboard injectors. I dropped them off at 11am on a Saturday and they were ready by 3pm the same day!

Can't say enough good about these guys. Sent 18 injectors to a competitor with a promised completion date and agreed upon pricing. They called and tried to hit me up for an additional $200 for "expedited service." I had a label to them and had the injectors sent to Havoc. Havoc received the injectors at 3pm, and had them back out to me the SAME DAY via UPS - I now have all 18 in hand, complete with reports, and can reinstall and enjoy my boat this Memorial Day weekend. They were also $5 less per injector and they sent all old parts - my filters were falling apart.Thanks for the great service and for answering all of my questions before during and after. As someone who owns a business in the marine industry, our industry gets a bad reputation from folks like the first shop I sent these to for shady bait and switch tactics, Havoc is one of the "good players" who operate an honest business.
