Amazing Customer Service! From the time that we walked in. Everyone in there asked if we needed help. They were super friendly and even joked with us. My fiance thought he had electrical tape and the young man noticed he didn't have the right tape. He went back and grabbed what we needed. They will always have our business???

Had the priveledge of going here for the first time and i must say the customer service was excellent! Every employee made an effort to make sure we were being waitied on ! Only went there for electrical tape and to have a key made! Very nice and professional! Will be utilizing Hall in the future! Thank you for the excellent service

Customer service is top notch. This is your typical hardware store where they have an incredible variety of parts, do-hicks and whatchamacallits. You may pay a little more here for some items but you will not waste your time running around trying to get that special part for your project. Even the younger employees are knowledgeable. I went in this week and needed a single metric screw to repair a garden hose. My helper immediately knew what I needed and I was on my way about 2 minutes later. Incredible. When shopping, don't forget their garden supplies across the parking lot. If you don't see something and you think a full service hardware store could have it, just ask. They have stock of wood and other items in yet another storage area onsite. This is one of my favorite businesses.

Went inside to buy a remote for my garage price tag on the box says 39.99 and the guys charges me 54,99 and tell me the prices went up .... last time they gonna see my face in that place!!!!

I bought a pair of pliers on 10/5 that I thought I would need to help a friend who lived nearby with a project. Turns out I didn’t need them and I was back up to WPB yesterday, 10/14, and brought the unopened pliers and the receipt back to HH and I was refused a refund.Apparently the store policy is that no tools can be returned, regardless of those that clearly have not been used, such as this one in a unopened, hard plastic, shrink wrapped package. (The policy was not printed on the receipt; perhaps it was on a post-it behind the register somewhere?)I asked the sales attendant if he could make an exception to the policy, since it was clear that they had not been opened and curtly said there are no exceptions. He said he would be happy to give me a credit in the store but since I live 30 miles away that doesn’t do me much good. (My friend is moving out of the area so I have no plans to be back.)Hiding behind bad policy is not a good policy for customer service. Policy can be changed or modified and should have in this case. FYI, I looked up the same pair of pliers and they’re selling $4 less at Home Depot, which also provides a 90 day return policy. I expect to pay a bit more at a small neighborhood place, but that mark up is a little steep and the no return policy for packaged and unopened tools is ridiculous.The charm and convenience of a neighborhood hardware store gets lost when you encounter situations like this. Buyer beware.

A true neighborhood hardware store. When you ask an employee where an item is, they don't just point you in the direction, they will go with you to act as your personal shopper. You are in and out in no time, and they always seem to have exactly what I need.I am impressed that they always seem to have what I need, and there always seems to be options--it's not like there's only one in each category.On a recent visit I needed various screws of different lengths, diameters, and styles. This is always so daunting, but the salesperson made it easy, and just as importantly, gave me confidence that I was getting exactly what I needed. My project was to wall-mount my ukulele collection, and we had a great conversation about classic guitars.One heads up: Drivers on Dixie Hwy someone seem worse than other parts of West Palm, so be careful when turning into their parking lot.

I ordered something online and had it shipped into the store. The staff member called when the item arrived and was very friendly. When we went to pick up the package I was shocked at the inventory in the store! They have everything! The staff was very helpful and nice. Can't wait to go back.

You buy the items and if you don't like it, you can't return it, even if it's the same day.As if the supplier company did not return them, we are in the United States,old-fashioned store, bad service ???

Buying drill bits and was charged over 10% more at the register than the posted price. When asked why the discrepancy, was told they had too many tags to change and just went by the register price. No sign or notification posted. They would not honor the posted price. I did not appreciate the attendant’s response or attitude.

Had a very bad experience trying to return something that failed after three days. Will be avoiding this store in the future.
