Too much chatter from a male hairstylist about a prior customer he had. Unprofessional to hear about client from hairstylist knowing when you leave YOU could be next?♀️salon kinda messy. Carla was a good stylist if she was somewhere else i woulds use her. Won't be back to this location
Requested style: I asked her to follow what i had and she nailed it?
Stylist: Calls was polite, professional and accurate. Good ?♀️ haircut

Danica did a great job on my hair and she was so friendly and patient while I decided how short I wanted it! My hair looks and feels amazing and I'm so grateful for the experience! The salon was nice and clean also and other staff that I interacted with was friendly as well! Got my brows done by Liz also and she did an amazing job and both ladies had amazing conversation ❤️

Made an appt for 3pm. Came in at 2:55, hair stylist “didn’t come in until 3”, which is fine… how ever she didn’t show up until 3:20. She didn’t even apologize for her tardiness or say anything, not even a How Are You, and seemed frazzled. I walked right out.

Took my daughter here to get her hair cut about a month ago. She had booked with a certain stylist. After arrival, we waited maybe 10 minutes for our stylist to even come out. Another girl had walked in the same time and wanted a specific cut that her stylist did not know how to do. They ended up switching my daughters stylist for the other one without even asking my daughter, despite her booking a specific stylist. My daughter said she wanted long layers and curtain bangs. She has no layers, just a straight chop, and the stylist didnt even touch her bangs at all. My daughter was very upset. The cut was supposed to be 45 dollars, but the stylist ended up charging 66 dollars and upon further investigation, the cut my daughter was charged for was a curly cut. She did not receive a curly cut and the stylist didnt even fully blow dry her hair which was stated in the cuts description. Her hair was very frizzy and did not look good. The stylist said additional blow dry would be an upcharge, and said she didnt have time because she was supposed to leave 10 minutes ago. Why take a booking then? I called the salon the next day, and they took my name and number down and said a manager would reach out to me. Its been 3 weeks and ive heard nothing. Save your money ans give it to people that actually deserve it.

Liz was absolutely amazing! I have weird curly hair that I don't really know what to do with and Liz educated me on everything i needed to know. She gave me a nice wash, beautiful trim, and had me feeling like I had a new head of hair. Thank you, Liz! Can't wait for my next appointment!

Beyond happy with the Hair Cuttery in West Palm Beach, Cobblestone Village. MJ is one of the best colorist I’ve had- and believe me, I’ve had many, many years of professional hair coloring. She was so pleasant and sympathetic with my situation, wonky hair lengths and thinness due to chemo. I never dreamed it could look this good! I’m forever grateful to MJ!

What should have been a 30 min haircut, turned over an hour. Hair cut fade was not done corrected, was not faded evenly. Hair clippers were over heating causing her to burn my scalp. Stylist was really nice, it was just the execution of the cut. I would suggest going somewhere else if you are looking for a correct fade.

I had a 10:15 AM appointment with Cory today (my daughter also had an appointment) and I was running 5 minutes behind. I called the salon to apologize and see if I could still get serviced. The woman that answered said it was no problem and would inform the stylist. When I arrived (10:19 AM) I was checked in and told it would be just a minute. Over 30 minutes later Cory walked in, seemed agitated, said hello and went to the back. He came to get me and seemed to have low energy. He didn’t apologize for the wait and seemed to not want to be there. I told him that he looked over it and I wasn’t sure I wanted service anymore. He nonchalantly said, “it’s up to you”. I got up and asked the person upfront to cancel my and my daughter’s appointments. She too seemed unfazed by everything and just said, “ok”. I told her that I understand that I was 4 minutes late but that doesn’t mean that they had the right to treat us like nothing.

She is professional, friendly, listens to the client, is efficient and you leave with an amazing cut and style!
