Actually should be less than zero, but... Their online auction is blatantly commits fraud and they don't care. I'm sure they don't care about reviews nor customer service. Their store are filled absolute garbage and everything has shifted to online sales. They have taken the fun out of thrifting and don't care. They are mostly focused on corporate donations not the average customer - as observed by the increased prices for the limited items offered in the stores. They certainly don't pay their employees top dollar for employment but make sure the CEO gets a tidy paycheck. Anyway, this review will go unnoticed. Just know there are more deserving charities to shop with who actually do care!

Gulfstream Goodwill get it together. You're now charging customers for the privilege of getting a discount? $5.99 a month for 25% off discount. That's $72 a year for something that used to be $25. (and you're making it reoccurring payments via credit card, that is also difficult to cancel.) Corporate greed! Shame on you.

So sad how horrible this branch is. I buy and donate to Goodwill often. I will never support this store again. I bought a sheet set on the Goodwill website that was labeled "King" and the sheets are a full. They will not honor their error and now I'm stuck with sheets that I can't use and I'm out $50. So wrong.

Goodwill is sure getting greedy! All items are donated for FREE! Now goodwill creates a selling platform to sell their items they got for free. Every offer I send gets rejected and they say our prices are half off the retail price! Hello you are goodwill and received all donated items. I use to love goodwill and would spend a few hundred every time I stop in. However my trips now are cut short and this new selling platform they launched SUCKS! Worn not wasted SUCKS! Each experience gets worse. Beware the prices of items keep going up as if you are in a retail store!

They have a large selection of clothing for the entire family (especially women's attire), shoes picture frames, lamps, books, etc.

Great service and low prices! Definitely recommend visiting this store if you enjoy thrifting or are looking for nice clothes for low prices. People working were so sweet!

Goodwill now auctions off all items worth more then $1 online( was told from manager).. everything gets scanned in the back.. All the junk goes to stores. Prices go up, then they offer $25 a year to save 25%.. most employees hate the job.. spread the word.
