Well after they picked up my stuff that was mostly packed in a storage unit a day later decided to tell us it was going to be 1900. Dollars more because of weight was heavier that expected. We told them when they gave use to quote that the furniture was real wood and the some furniture had marble tops. No one ever said that we where going to be charged by weight. I had another company that did our first move and the charged less for twice the stuff and a 6 person hot tube. I would of went with the original company but I was told that this company was good.

I purchased the services to have only a few items moved as I would be moving the rest my self. I Communicates several times that I only wanted the large items in a certain room moved and they taking extra items(they moved a medication I had and I couldnt get a refill so horrible experiencewith that alone). I was inside starting to unpack and hadnt seen the movers in 20ish minutes, when I went to the truck to fine them the movers had broken my computer desk when unloading and instead of informing were in the truck trying to figure out how to screw it together in a way that I wouldn't notice. I don't care much but at nearly $200/hr come ask me first, don't try to hide it especially when I am being charged by the minute. Lastly, I'm bilingual and was a spanish translator despite the fact that I look like a different ethnicity. I caught the 2 men making multiple inappropriate comments about myself and in general about non work related things that they never would have said if they knew I understood. I would never recommend this service and had a better experience with 2 men and a truck.

The entire process from start to finish was excellent. I would have given 5 stars except for one area that needs improvement. Boxes were not marked properly, making it difficult to know where certain items were packed.

Absolute worst experience ever. Do not hire this company if you are on a budget. They charged be almost $2000 for moving down the street. We didn’t need them to pack anything up just move furniture. They originally quoted me $768 which I thought was fair, and when it came to deliver our stuff they actually threatened to hold our items unless we payed an additional $1300. Forced me to sign a credit auth form so I couldn’t even dispute this. They are out of their minds. Stay away!

We were so happy with the Good Greek's moving service. We had to move our daughter from Manhattan to Orlando which was a big move. The move went flawlessly. The movers arrive on time and packed/moved everything in record time. The concierge at my daughter's new apartment even commented he never saw someone move in that quickly before!. Thank you, Good Greek!

The most horrible movers I have dealt with, and I moved quite a bit over the years. My antique bedroom that cost a fortune was all stained on one side of the dresser with the blue/ purplish padding they used and same thing with my bedroom and the movers obviously have no communication none whatsoever with the company as if they are hired as a third party to do the move and the sad thing is I be et ever had any issues with any moves in the past and I barely write reviews and had it not been for my neighbor who is also the contractor who worked did all the work in my house who told me to use them, my bedroom would be intact by now. 1 star is too high of a rating for that company.
Except for the sales manager Nick who is the face of the company, I bet if I had hired an ignorant who never worked as a mover a day in his life my bedroom would have been intact by now but the good news is everyone of my neighbors will hear about this and the contractor who is my neighbor who recommended them will see for himself how it looks like tomorrow as he still has some work to do in the house.

I rarely take the time to write a review however, this time I needed to make that time. We have hired moving services over a dozen times in the last 20 years. We have never had one quite like the Good Greek. It was a a 10 out of 10 experience for us. From working through all the logistics with Jess ( it was a complicated move) to working with the Andre, the lead in our moving team, to speaking with various employees at Good Greek for scheduling updates and in combination with the very useful app, this was truly an exceptional moving experience. Everyone was extremely professional and great to work with. All items arrived on time, in great shape and with no hiccups. Good Greek is the only moving company we will use going forward . Thank you for your tremendous service, Good Greek!

If you are looking for a top notch mover, Good Greek is it. When we inquired about coming out for an estimate, Good Greek scheduled us immediately. The proposal we received was thorough and timely. The movers showed up on time and they came with a great attitude, even though the temperature was ungodly hot. We scheduled a full move so we had our things packed and moved by Good Greek. The crew was very careful packing and wrapping our belongings and I'm happy to say not a single thing was damaged or broken! In the 8+ moves we've had in the past, this is a first. What's important to note is not only were they careful with our items, but they moved us from a 1 story to a 2 story home and the crew was just as pleasant when they were done as they were when they started. Moving is a hard job, especially when you have to move items up flights of stairs, so you would expect their demeanor to change for the worse and it did not. I cannot say enough great things about our moving experience with Good Greek. Whether I move locally or nationally, I would not hesitate to use Good Greek again! They are a superb moving company, very experienced, and what they communicate is what you get. I look forward to using them again in the future.

I moved a month ago I did a relocation move. The movers had to put my furniture in storage upon the completion of my home. This week I went to retrieve my furniture from storage and to no avail my glass coffee table was shattered in pieces. Keep in mind the movers were the only people handling my furniture. They did not properly wrap and secure my items properly. I paid a lot of money for this extra service. I am very disappointed on the lack of quality that I received in this move. I have previously used moving companies that were a smaller company, and received better results. I need to know where are all my screws for my bedrooms beds and mirrors. Very unprofessional there was only one mover who did the most work and I made sure that I tipped him well. Good Greek we have to do better with the quality of service that you all stand by.

The crew of Luis R., Jose Luis Berrio and Arian Oliva were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Professional, Respectful of our belongings, Hard working and overall phenomenal! If you ever use Good Greek for your moving needs, ask for this crew specifically and you will not regret it. These guys need a raise and promotion hands down. I hope the Good Greek company see's this review and does not take this review lightly and follow through by giving them a raise / promotion!
