I've been using Gold Coast Linen for 11 years now and could not be happier. In fact, I just opened another restaurant and signed on with them. Our driver Terrance is always so courteous and prompt. Gold Cost takes pride in their product and timeliness.The two managers that I have had the pleasure to deal with Matt and Jason are always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile for any of our needs.If only every business had customer service and attitude like these 3 gentlemen have, the business world would be a much better place.Thank you Gold Coast

We own a small restaurant in Wellington. We tried to cancel our linen services, and they threatened us with legal action and a $56k "early termination fee".This business is disgusting and does not care about small businesses.

Love doing my laundry here. Have been a loyal customer for a while now. It's always clean & cool inside. The dryers are 15mins per quarter and dry very well. The workers are also very customer friendly and make you feel very welcomed.

Stay very far away from this company. I'm scared to write what these people are capable of doing. Trust me. These are not people you want to do business with. They're more like mobsters. Very dangerous people.

Poor communication, I have to call and email multiple times to fix the quantity of linen delivered. Never get my refund for their errors or for rejected linen. Poor quality of linen, has holes, stains etc. Now they are saying I have to pay $5000.00 to end the 5 yr contract, despite my company having a valid reason to fire their company. They said they will sue me if I don't pay in 10 days. I'm just stating the facts.

DON'T waste your time. Warehouse equipment dating from about 75 years ago. Management who do not take care of employees. We clean hospital supplies and are not given the proper protection, only limited gloves, one mask, and no sanitizing solution when bugs are everywhere. Every day my Mom is is fearful of getting covid or a hospital disease at work.This company does not display diversity or equal rights. Only white Caucasians are on all the old looking materials. And I no female drivers when more women are driving trucks. You will only see people from other races slaving in the warehouse, making the company money and not appreciated.
