Updating my review to 4 stars.the store called me today on Jan 21st, to appologize and will be removing delivery fees which I really appreciate. Please just make a beautiful bouquet and send it to my friend so she can know her friends from Canada are thinking of her while she recovers....Original message: 1 star.I made an order yesterday at noon for delivery before 6 pm on January 20th. I chose that option because it was available. I'm from Canada and have used edible arrangements countless times in Canada and never has a delivery not happened on the same day. I thought the USA stores were the same! The website asked me to provide a number, so I did...and my expectation was that if you could not make a delivery for set date that's costs 13$ to do...the company would call to make other arrangements. On top of everything else...It's a get well fruit basket because my friend is in recovery from surgery. Please get back to me as I would now like the order cancelled and the funds returned it the order is not fulfilled.”
