I dropped 527 dollars to get my PC fixed, got priced 100 more then what I was told it would be. Come to find out it was because 2 techs worked on my PC and I got charged for both. 60 each for a hour worked. Here's the gag, took my PC home, I use a dual monitor setup. Try connecting both monitors, only one worked. Called in to tell them what's going in regards to the HDMI and display ports. Their response is explain to me how to connect the HDMI cord and if I'm doing right. Wasn't having that, brought it back in the same day I got it. Come to find out that my graphics card wasn't fully installed, one of the techs slapped it together and charged me. The other Tech was chill, and I could tell was the one really doing the work, and was absent 1 day. So the other tech finessed the situation.

This is a quality company. Michelle's detailed outline of their service will give you the confidence to trust what is so important & personal to another party. Whether business or personal information - this is what is all too rare today. Rather much like a Handshake meant in the past history.Terry's work was efficient & the cost was very reasonable. We will happily rely on Geeks Uneek for any future issues & recommend their company to all friends. Trustworthy & Professional.

absolutely great group of people. They were attentive, quick to respond and kept to the schedule provided … my Samsung 49inch curve monitor died on me --- these guys were able to help diagnose, order parts, and bring it back to life in under 10 days … I will be spreading the word --- and when needed, doing business again.

I was given a quote for a repair as well as a time it would be done on the phone. When I came in they told me that to get it by the time they told me it would be done, I would have to pay an additional $100 rush fee that went unmentioned on the phone. Extremely shady.

Top notch customer service from initial call to follow up. The technician, Mansa, came when expected and is extremely knowledgeable. He solved my multiple home wi-fi issues in a relatively short period of time. As well, their rates are very reasonable and after the first 1/2 hour they charge in increments of 15 minutes ... I find this way of billing very fair. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them!!!

I telephoned Geeks Uneek and received immediate help solving my computer problem. Mansa, the person I spoke with, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The price for this emergency service was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again when I need computer help.

Wow. I called this company up because what I paid them for (emails not reaching intended person) my emails were still not going through. The woman who answered the phone put me on hold for a few minutes, and then got back on the phone and said since I left an "unfair" review they would not offer their warranty services! I asked her if anything in my original review was untrue? She replied no, but that I had agreed to the $90. Yes I did, but that's like a tire company charging you more for a Jaguar tire vs a Hyundai tire for the same tire. It's price gouging and now it's blackmail for you to not offer the warranty you have to finish / fix the issue I paid your for unless I delete or change my review.. Shame on you - I hired someone else

After my own HP Service couldn't figure out what was wrong with my computer & suggested my Network Adapter was "fried," and go to Best Buy to purchase a USB Adapter, the rep @ BB told me to go to "Geeks Uneek!" Their reputation and recommendations were Spot On!!! THEY ARE the BEST in Town!!! I was lucky enough to be able to drop my computer off for a day, and in less than 24hrs notified me that they had figured out my issue that both Best Buy and HP COULD NOT Figure out, and Shazam!! It was literally less than 24 hours that I had dropped off my computer that I received a call to come pick up my nice and newly fixed computer (which technically had nothing wrong with it-HP's 24/7 service just couldn't figure out what to do!!! GU DID!)They do advertise that they screen for, "Free," so I wasn't upset when my bill came to $49.99/$50... They were great, friendly, quick turnaround, and most importantly, fixed my computer when No One Else Could!!! I have lived here my entire life and tried every company in WPB, and I must admit that Geeks Uneek is so far the Best Repair Shop I have encountered so far! Thanks Mansa, and your incredible Staff Too!
