I have been going to Gator for about 20 years. They have always been very accommodating and interested in what I was doing. The employees are helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and if they don’t have what you need they can easily get it.

Was here last december. Am soon coming back into town and can not wait to come back here. Awesome range and polite staff members. The Range Officer Chris stepped aside to assist me and gave me some great advise and I had a great conversation up front with John. Love the atmosphere

Chris. His name is Chris for those of you who don’t know the name of the slim German guy who has the personality of an alligator and the customer service of an abhorrent rabid rhinoceros. This guy is truly all that everyone else says he is. His whole existence is rude and unnecessary. As a first timer, Chris and Chris alone made this experience a lack luster one. I was truly excited to be there until he yelled, “HEY LADY!” and “Jesus Christ!!” When we accidentally opened up the wrong door, and guys, there was literally no reason for him to behave the way he did. It was truly over the top to the point where there must be something else going on with him. We were normal customers of this establishment. I spoke with the manager who, I’m sure does not care how he treats the guests as he is still very much employed, in spite of all the many complaints lodged against him. A man who was listening to the conversation chimed in and added, “it’s because he’s German. He thinks he can talk like that.” So obviously they are well aware of his lack of customer service and attitude. Nonetheless, the manager said that he will have a “talk” with him and I trust that this time, he will do a bit more than that as he is too far gone at this point.

The German guy at the range with the glasses , he needs to be removed from there or is gonna push away any potential costumers. We got there. The store is nice until getting to the range we ask for ammo price and he responded with the price me and my brother were discussing price and how how much we will buy in our language ( Spanish ) this guy pretty much jumps and interrupt us saying "What are we speaking here what language" intruding our conversation and hurrying us in a extremely rude manner for speaking another language amongst each other. So we just left.

The German slim guy with the glasses is RUDE ASFFF!!!! I do not recommend! He was rushing us and was very mean the WHOLE time even with the people in front of us. FOR NO REASON! There was no reason for him to act that way and ON TOP OF THAT getting mad at us for speaking Spanish when we were just discussing amongst ourselves the pricing(which is high BTW) and deciding if we were going to proceed or not. PLEASE AVOID! He literally ruined my whole day! Being rude for no reason should not be tolerated. We only spoke to him for like 3 minutes and again, HE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL THE WHOLE TIME. Horrible service (I can’t stress this enough) DO NOT GO if you don’t want your day ruined.
