This shop cares!
Simply put, if you are in need of ANY type of car service, give this shop a try.
It’s family owned, Frankie is a genius, and they have done wonders to all of my vehicles for over 10 years.

My experience at Frankie Auto was A1 to say the least. He was very helpful every step of the way and exceeded my expectations! My cars work was done flawlessly and i’ve told all my loved ones, I recommend this shop over any other! Thanks Frankie?

Customer service at Frankie Auto is top notch. Lennis is very helpful and easy to talk to. She explained in detail what the issue was and even helped with finding a towing service to get the car to the shop. I would give more stars but the max is 5.

Run, it's insane.
- Called Frankie, asked how much for oil cooler replacement. Then said that for now I need only inspect a car and wash the engine bay so we can check for leak, made an appointment.
- Went to a shop, they was ready to replace the cooler, I said that it's not needed for now, the give me his phone so I can speak with a lady on loud speaker, I said that I don't need to replace a cooler today, only wash, inspect and check and fix ac if needed. 2 people heard that. Then I filled up a paper where clearly described: 1. wash the engine, 2. inspect all car, 3. check AC
- 3 hours after Frankie called me and said that they replacing a cooler, omg, I asked them to stop and picked up a car within 30 minutes.
- Check under the hood: camshaft sensor was disconnected.
I drove as fast as I can, but it was hard because engine went into reduced power mode and check engine light was on, I discovered it on my way home.
- Connected my own scanner, cleared error, looks ok. Hope they didn't brake more stuff, a little scared to drive after "amazing" Frankie's service.
Mind blowing, they live in they own world. RUN!

Stay away from this place He charge me to replace a ECM and program the key , never was replace or program it.
He charge to fix wiring harness he destroy it instead fix it . Vehicle never run off course never replay my txt or answer my call.
People like Frankie don’t even deserve a one star.
Stay away if you not want to loose your money.

I have a BMW F10 and arrived with a rough idle that I've been dealing with for 6 months threw about 3k in parts Almost gave up on it. Took it to Frankie and this man fixed it in less than an hour! This man is a true car technician. I highly recommend this shop ?.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Be aware that even though they are making you to make an appointment,they will not be ready for that time you set it.Mine was at 9am and left around 11am.I had a electric problem with my radio and they found the solution(fuse box) $90.So far so good and thankful for the fixing
