I got my radio and subwoofers done here for my Charger and is the best price by far in Florida. Affordable and great customer service. I already have recommended it to my friends and I will definitely be back with my next car!

Frank's was recommended to us by Best Buy because Best Buy didn't have a certain alatm in stock. Frank was kind and helpful, and even though the first product did not program correctly, he rectified it and made sure he was able to get the right product in for us. Then, when Best Buy had trouble finishing the job properly, Frank stepped in to help and referred us to a wonderful alarm installer down the street named David at Harvey's Alarm and Stereo. Even called him later on to followup and ensure we were taken care of. Thank you Frank for all the assistance you provided us over the past few weeks.

They do not serve new clients well and have no intention of helping, in fact the lady who helped me only talked about the brands that they only connect with, but she did not offer me her services or products, in my opinion all clients are the most valuable for any business. what a pity.

Absolutely love this auto repair shop. The staff is friendly, trustworthy and honest. I’m never afraid of being ripped off like other mechanic shops and all the other shops want to do is up charge you the minute you walk in. Ask for Robin - he’s the best.

The install team and I mean team were awesome, I was really hoping for a hey dummy hold this button down and turn on the blinker for your Harley but that wasn't the case, rode in and a short time later I was able to ride out with music again (the wife will be very happy)..the prices were more than fair

Nothing but issues. I Went to Franks to get a new audio system (all 4 speakers, amp, head unit, and Backup camera) and made an appointment with Frank a few days later. When I went in for the appointment Frank wasn't there and they had no idea about the job. So I had to explain the job I wanted done again. Later that day I was told they were going to take longer than expected and needed another day. I went to pick up the vehicle but the bill was higher than quoted. Some modifications needed to be done to install the head unit BUT NO ON EVER TOLD ME BEFORE HAND. So my car was modified without my consent then added to the bill. Then as I was leaving I noticed the Backup camera was never installed. I then had to waste yet another day bringing the vehicle back to install the Camera. Then two days later I notice that the Dimmer on the radio isn't working so it's extremely bright at night. I messaged Frank about a week ago about this issue but still haven't had it resolved. After all of this the radio didn't even sound good. Nothing was configured. The amp was way too high on the fronts but almost off on the rear. No tuning was done at all. The camera was pointing too high and then fell off later that day as it was only put on with cheap sticky tape. Only good note is the wiring does look nice however that doesn't make up for the massive lost time and money. I have done business with them in the past but I won't be doing anymore after all of these issues. It is truly upsetting to have to deal with all of this after spending so much money and having to still spend more to have someone else fix it. I didn't expect this from Frank but I guess times change. If you go here I hope your experience is better.

So my visit here was to potentially see if I would go here in to get a new amp since my car doesn't have one. I'm not a car guy, I don't know too much about specific's especially audio work. This being said the audio in my car wasn't working. Radio would turn on but no sound. The lady said I "had" to get a amp otherwise it won't ever turn on or it'll keep going out. She quoted an estimate of $600 to get the audio fixed and along a decent amp, Even though I told her it was working before, it just went out even without a amp. She said I still needed one. So with the power of YouTube I researched further, spent $20 on a pack of fuses and changed out a fuse (first time ever doing it). I understand trying to sell equipment and all that. But trying to take advantage of someone who has no knowledge of your specialty is no bueno in my book. If this company would've been honest, I would've came back to get a amp because that's what I wanted in the close future. I'll try a different spot.

Frank and his staff are very informative and helpful. You truly feel welcome when you arrive, they fixed my blown out radio. Frank patiently helped me figure out what radio I wanted and what suited my needs. Amada brought beautiful sounds back into my car. I liked that Emmanuel took the time out to go over everything with my new radio. This is truly the place to go to for your radio issues or upgrades.
