Terrible service . The owner is super arrogant, vulgar. Terrible customer service. They offer one service and deliver another. You can't complain because they treat you badly.

I always look up florists that are near the location that I am sending flowers. I chose Flowers to Go in the Palm Beach area, and it was my first disappointment. I ordered a middle-sized orchid, a balloon and a box of candy for a birthday surprise for my sister. The amount came to $150, which is somewhat higher than normal, but I figured this was because of the elite Palm Beach area. My first problem -- the candy was not included, and when I tried to contact Flowers to Go, I always went to voicemail with no room to leave a message. After three days, I finally got through and was placed on hold -- only to be disconnected 10 minutes later. I was NEVER able to contact the florist, and I asked my sister (the recipient of the orchid) to stop by the place and tell them she did not get the candy. She did stop by, and there was not only a lack of apology, but she also had to argue to receive the candy. It should have been taken off my charge account since my sister had to pick it up. The phone was the only communication offered on their web site -- no email and no other customer service. From the lack of communications (except to receive the money), through the rude response to their error, I do not recommend dealing with this floral service.

MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! Placed a $250 order for pickup this morning. The employee I placed the order from acted like she had no idea who I was. I showed the manager my receipt, he said it doesn’t prove anything except I bought something. They apparently have no record of me and their cameras are “broken” so they can’t rewind them. Filing a charge back with my credit card. Never go here.

I failed to properly add the delivery to our guard gate list, and was not near my phone when they came to let them in. They had to come the next day. They were friendly and professional throughout with what was, I assume, a frustrating situation for them.My wife loved her flowers and chocolates.Thank you.

Placed an order later in the evening and asked for them to be delivered the next morning and they did! I was shocked!! Not only was it quick delivery, but the driver had to go around and search for the building and went out of their way to text with me to assure me they were delivered.

The flowers were not only late they were NOTHING like what we ordered. The picture is what we ordered and the second picture is what we received. Not even close. Looked sloppy and small and cheap and unimpressive. Go elsewhere this place has tacky miserly sad little arrangements.

Placed an order in store with a young woman with for a corsage and boutonniere and was told it would be ready the next day. I asked if they would call me when it was ready and was told yes. The next day comes with no call confirming pickup and the store is closed 30 minutes early when I attempted to reach out to them. The owner answered the phone and told me he took the order himself and didn’t say he would call, which is a lie, and said “I NO GIVE MONEY BACK” and hung up. Very unprofessional. Bad communication since not one employee speaks english.

I called to order a corsage and boutonniere for my son's prom. I asked the woman if I could order and she said to place the order on the website. I checked the website and it said "call the store to order." I called back the woman answered the phone and she didn't say hello she just held the phone. I said hello and she sounded annoyed. I told her that the website instructions are to call the store to order. She told me to order online and I repeated what the website said. Then she put me on hold. I finally hung up. She was extremely rude not helpful at all and I felt as though I was bothering her. I will not patronize this florist.

Amazing florist with amazing owner. Went in this morning to order 4 corsages. The order was miscommunicated and the fantastic owner go it all fixed with 4 beautiful kids corsages. Beautiful work great prices. Thank you so much flowers to go.

I understand the picture of flowers you ordered might not look the same but this one should put them to shame . What I got is like Really version of it. Absolutely dissatisfied.

The quality has went WAY down and the price has almost DOUBLED. The roses are literally wrapped in shipping paper for $50. Also, the receipt says “vased” yet there’s no vase. No flower food.My husband has been getting me flowers at this place since 2017. The price is double what it was; which would be understandable if the quality stayed the same, or even got better. But it hasn’t.Roses/flowers used to come wrapped in very nice, pretty material. Its now wrapped in what looks and feels exactly like that cardboard colored shipping paper. This store is like legal robbery.Go to Publix instead. Flowers from there last way longer anyways. Or find a different shop to support. We are done with this place. My husband even called them about the receipt saying “vased” and he got the run around — saying they ring them up like that instead of doing each rose separately.We’re done here! After almost 6 years! By the way, the price has just drastically went up, not gradually over the years. See my photo of my $50 flowers. These are terrible roses.

I’m so disappointed I’ve been coming for years to this place for flowers for my wife and what she got today was definitely not what I expected I paid 2 dozen arrangement, and it literally looks like they just threw it together and just shoved it in the vase …139.00 is not cheap

I called up to see if they could deliver some flowers to my wife after our dog passed away. They immediately suggested a beautiful basket of flowers with a small arrangement that would look like a dog. They delivered the basket to my wife at work, in under an hour, and she was completely stunned. Thank you so much!

PLEASE find a different local florist!! I placed an order for Mother's day and it was never delivered. I understand that Mother's day is a extremely high volume day for florists. However, cancelling and refunding an order without any type of notification is just unprofessional. When I contacted "Dennis", he had zero sympathy or remorse. His customer support consisted of "Are you sure you have the right store"...I had a paid receipt with their number & "too bad". The reason for the cancellation was due to not servicing that zip code but did not provide any notification of the cancellation, thus taking away my option to order from someone else in time for the holiday. If you don't deliver to certain areas, your website should reflect that or at the very least not allow you to put the order through. Dennis stated he doesn't care about bad reviews but hopefully, someone will see this and move on to find another reputable local florist.
