Terrible service . The owner is super arrogant, vulgar. Terrible customer service. They offer one service and deliver another. You can't complain because they treat you badly.

I always look up florists that are near the location that I am sending flowers. I chose Flowers to Go in the Palm Beach area, and it was my first disappointment. I ordered a middle-sized orchid, a balloon and a box of candy for a birthday surprise for my sister. The amount came to $150, which is somewhat higher than normal, but I figured this was because of the elite Palm Beach area. My first problem -- the candy was not included, and when I tried to contact Flowers to Go, I always went to voicemail with no room to leave a message. After three days, I finally got through and was placed on hold -- only to be disconnected 10 minutes later. I was NEVER able to contact the florist, and I asked my sister (the recipient of the orchid) to stop by the place and tell them she did not get the candy. She did stop by, and there was not only a lack of apology, but she also had to argue to receive the candy. It should have been taken off my charge account since my sister had to pick it up. The phone was the only communication offered on their web site -- no email and no other customer service. From the lack of communications (except to receive the money), through the rude response to their error, I do not recommend dealing with this floral service.

Owner inappropriately touched my daughter when she was getting help putting her corsage on. She is 15 years old. I saw him GROPE her as if I wouldn’t see standing right there. Flowers were wilted after 4 hours of wear. Won’t come back

Terrible experience, 1st time customer ordered 2dz roses to be delivered for Valentine’s day, yes today, and they totally botched the whole thing. What a disappointment honestly. Not much else to say. Was refunded the money. Should look elsewhere, you cant mess this up Flowers to Go, not on your biggest day of the year. Come’on Man

I ordered two dozens white roses for my daughter's sweet 16 , the flowers was wrapped in paper so they looked nice but once I open then they was wilted and some had brown on them . Spent 50.00 dollars and could have went to Publix and got better..

Horrible place. I used to work at a flower shop. It's an industry practice to use almost spoiled (will wilt/brown in a day or two) inventory for funeral orders. But certainly never for any other orders. The dozen roses I received were definitely "funeral order" material. I also asked for them to be wrapped. They came in a box with the stem cuttings. Rude people when I came back to get a replacement. You get better roses from the people selling at the intersections.

My TERRIBLE experience, my delivery should have been at 12 and an hour and a half later they did not arrive, it is a GREAT LACK OF RESPECT AND PROFEGIONALISM, I called twice and the florist answered with a lack of respect and zero EMPATHY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!! ! SUPER ANNOYING

MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! Placed a $250 order for pickup this morning. The employee I placed the order from acted like she had no idea who I was. I showed the manager my receipt, he said it doesn’t prove anything except I bought something. They apparently have no record of me and their cameras are “broken” so they can’t rewind them. Filing a charge back with my credit card. Never go here.

I failed to properly add the delivery to our guard gate list, and was not near my phone when they came to let them in. They had to come the next day. They were friendly and professional throughout with what was, I assume, a frustrating situation for them.My wife loved her flowers and chocolates.Thank you.

Placed an order later in the evening and asked for them to be delivered the next morning and they did! I was shocked!! Not only was it quick delivery, but the driver had to go around and search for the building and went out of their way to text with me to assure me they were delivered.
