It's been since May when I went to your shop in West Palm Beach before it closed and moved to Fort Lauderdale. I left my phone [Samsung Galaxy S3 - white - Tmobile] for the screen to be repaired. After you moved I was unable to locate your office. Nobody gave me an answer about my phone. I was only promised another phone similar. I provided all the information I was asked for. Somebody who said was the manager called me later and said he would find it. Seven months later my phone is still missing and nobody answer my emails or calls. Where is my phone?
