Love Russ and his sweet little dog Olive (rip) Had my vision test done here and Russ assisted me in trying on different styles. I ultimately ended up buying a very specific retired pair of Tom ford frames online and brought them in to have the lenses done. Excellent service every time. A few years later when my glasses broke, I contacted Russ and his wonderful wife assisted me and did some research into the replacement piece I needed. I unfortunately it was unavailable but I greatly appreciated the effort she made into helping me. Places like this are few these days, where you get that old fashioned service on a first name basis. It has been years since I was a customer here, as I am no longer in downtown wpb, but I always loved poking my head in to say hi when I was walking around clematis, even just to step in a pet Olive.

Brie was amazing in helping me out with a problem I was facing with my glasses. Service was fast, easy, and great. She made sure to set my glasses right to my prescription and was very friendly. I had a great experience and will be back.

You won't find a better optician than Russ. He's served his customers in his shop for 30 years and they keep coming back for a reason. He offers a tasteful selection of frames and runs a state-of-the-art workshop on-site.They were kind enough to manufacture my frames to spec and only accepted a perfect outcome. I'm thrilled to have found this superlative destination for all things optical.

I have gotten several pair of glasses from Russ and he has done a fantastic job at putting me in frames that look good on me. I value his honest opinion and know that I am getting what is right for me. His shop is amazing and has a variety of frames to choose from. Everyone in the office is very nice and always happy to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my glasses needs.

Very rude owner! He practically threw me out of his store because I needed to have my reading eyeglass frames adjusted, (which I paid his assistant to do!) but did not need to buy new eyeglasses from his store.

Fantastic service. Very professional and understands how to help pick out glasses that fit well and are functional. Breanna and Russ both understand the best type of frame for a person's face. They both helped me with the difficult decision of which frame to choose. I highly recommend Finer Optics, they sells high quality glasses and understand their customers-they take all the time needed to make sure your frames are perfectly situated and your lenses are perfect. I use progressive lenses and its always been hard for me to adjust to different lenses and shapes-Brianna worked with me and “held my hand” through the whole process, she didn’t get aggravated when I kept asking questions or needing adjustments. She made sure I was completely satisfied! Their attention to detail and level of service is beyond stellar.

All I can say is WOW. I have found this hidden gem of a store for my eye glasses. When I walked in, I was greeted by a young lady with an extremely very vibrant personality who took very good care of me. I needed my glasses fixed as they were broken, and the owner came out and looked at them and immediately knew what was wrong. I had them back within 5 minutes repaired, Total cost-ZERO...WOW Blew me away. I mentioned that I hadn't had an eye exam in years and he set me up with an appt for the next day and I am glad he did. The Doctor who did the exam was kind and caring and explained everything to me step by step. It was time to get my new glasses and the owner Russ came out and personally helped me with my decision and he had everything in stock and within an hour I was walking out with my new glasses. Thank you Finer Optics for a Great Experience.

I just bought my sunglasses here yesterday, Brianna help me quite eficiently, she knew about styles, prices, different lenses and brands that work better for what I was aiming, fair enough I leave the store happy with my new sunglasses ??? thank you Finer Optics, I will be your customer from now on!
