I watched young healthy employees vomit and perish in this building in 2020. The carbon monoxide alarms went off for months and 7/10 safety exhaust fans on the roof were not functioning. I was told by different members of management that it would be fixed. When diesel trucks idle inside of a structure and your safety equipment is broken death occurs. Another Manager got diagnosed with throat cancer and I almost perished. 5 people died in this timeframe. This is packing tape on the carbon Monoxide detector due to me and my employees complaining how loud the alarms were. The N99 mask I wore pre Covid which still has the toxic orange black substance locked in it to be tested by a laboratory. More video and concrete evidence on my X account. @elgreenb.

i have been waiting for a package for 6 days that has been sitting at wpb branch that's a integral part of my business. i have called 4 times each day to try and get the package delivered. No help and still no package. i cannot speak to anyone at the store location or go and pick up package. Everyday i open a claim and everyday they close the claim so everyday i have to open a new claim. bad service bad delivery

I was waiting on an important package. I got the message that they tried to deliver, but nobody ever came to my door. I have a Ring camera and clearly can see nobody ever came to my door. Now I have to call off my other job to go pick it up because I need this tonight. I see other reviews of the same issue, not sure what the issue is but this shouldn't be happening.

I recently was expecting a package that I had been tracking for a week. It was with a signature only so I took the day off work to wait for the package. I tracked the package several times the same day and it still said on time and scheduled for the same day. At around 3:00pm, I tracked the package again and now it said that attempted to deliver the package and nobody was home. This was a total lie. I was home all day. Nobody knocked on the door and there was no notice. I called customer service and they said that they would have the driver "return" and that he would call me before he arrived. That never happened. Now the package is scheduled for Monday which is 2 days later than expected. The fact the package was delayed is not a big deal, this happens. What really bothers me is that they lied about trying to deliver it. This is unacceptable. What kind of shady people work at this location? How can such a thing happen with such a reputable company. Now all I can think of is that my package will arrived damaged due to the incompetent people handling it. Horrible experience, this is not good.

Pathetic service. Driver is a liar saying he tried to deliver for two days truck never entered our community then customer service is going to try to make excuses…. ENOUGH! Just deliver packages and make an effort to deliver

First delivery attempt said I was not home to sign for indirect signature. I was home. No knock on door, no doorbell ring, no door tag. Next day, I followed instructions to sign indirectly ahead of time, left FedEx form on the door. Message said they couldn't deliver because I wasn't home to sign. Did not leave door tag. Called customer service both times. Standard response. Second time, customer service said I would receive the package next day (Sunday) and to call before 8AM to confirm. Called in the morning, customer service closed. Middle of the night, message changed from delivery date today to pending, no delivery date available. Now I'm getting messages, scheduled delivery 06/02. That was two days ago. I now have no idea when the package will be delivered?????

I have a time-sensitive package that is now 8 days late. FedEx will not help me. The last time I used them, they delivered an outgoing package 5 days late, refused to refund me, and used the excuse “we’re busy”. They have permanently lost a customer.

This is a secure location/ shipping center. If picking-up a shipment, be sure to park in the lot on the side of the facility (look for all the cars.) Use the call box at the fence and have your tracking number(s) ready. They will bring your shipment to your car. Very nice people!

I recently had major surgery and had packages being delivered from an unprofessional furniture company and my furniture was being delivered on the wrong delivery date. Tahnika at FedEx helped me straighten all of it out and now my packages will be delivered on a proper delivery date. Tahnika is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met not to mention extremely professional and she is a huge asset to FedEx. We need more caring, kind compassionate people like her in the world! This FedEx store is the best hands down.

Staff was awesome and helped me amazingly. Security on the other hand was trash! She was playing on her phone and allowed me to drive right into the unauthorized restricted area, then gets mad at me. I’d reevaluate who you guys have on guard. Other then that the actual FedEx employee I felt with was great. But the security company should be embarrassed To hire employees like that.
