Do not drive for this station stay far away let me start by you will not be delivering in West Palm Beach their routes only cover Fort Pierce & Port Saint Lucie they are always short staff on drivers so they will try to be slick and give you extra stops that don't pertain to your route which will cause you to stay in your route delivering till late 5:30p- 6p than after you're done you have to drive back to the station thats an hour plus away so you wont be back at the station till around 6:30p-7pyou start at the station at 7:30a and you have to load up your own truck 150 - 200+ packages daily usually everyone is finished and leaving the station by 9:30a than you drive to Fort Pierce or Port Saint Lucie an hour plus awaySo lets do the math herePay $150 A DayStart Time 7:30AMEnd Time 6:30PM -7:00PMTotal Work Time 11 Hours - 11.5150$ Divided Into 11.5 Is $13.04 An Hour$13.04 An hour to load and unload 150 - 200 packages filled with large and very heavy items including furniture large bbq grills truck tires & packages over 100lbs ohh and i forgot to mention you will also be picking up packages at businesses that can be anywhere between 40 - 60 packages this is besides the 150 - 200 that you have to unload and deliver theirs a reason this station is always hiring and now you know why they will over work you under pay you and they dont respect your return time back to the stationstay away from job posting under JBS Home Delivery Services Sang Dynasty & SVAV Azul Inc these are all 3rd party contractors that will have job postings trying to hire you

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They can’t even deliver a package at all. Apparently they have no GPS to guide them to addresses at all. I literally have no issues with UPS or Amazon finding my place. So what’s the deal? I have been following the tracking of my shipment and it has literally been to Port St Lucie several times over the past week. Why? I’m in West Jupiter and there should be no reason why I can’t get my package or should have gotten it last week (was supposed to get it on October 4th). I have not had this problem getting my shipment anywhere else I am in the country. This place needs new management, drivers, whatever because they absolutely have no idea what they are doing. FedEx needs to clean house at this location or find some people that know what they are doing. Oh that’s right, no one wants to work anymore these days. WOW, that’s all I can say.

TERRIBLE. If you want your package arriving missing items, in a crushed up box or basically unusable, this is the place for you.

I used to work in this location and everything sucks, they lied to me when was hired, they told me i can work any day of the week Monday to Friday eventually i was inside and it was a different story that Im not even gonna tell you everything guys… I never had a truck for my everyday and never had a route so they always have you jumping around and this does not stop here ! … The trucks are so dirty and full of dust that you can’t even work, they don’t have a station where you can clean your truck or something and i was never paid on time, actually i had to go there for my payment in a non working day and the person responsible said that next pay day i was about to get my delayed payment so don’t care if you have responsibilities and the managers abuse of you, old workers leave part of their cargo purposely and then they make you to take that extra cargo which diverts you from the route and that means you’ll be off later; you gotta be a stupid to allow them to do it, the manager and the helper wannabe that acts like a boss used to call me saying tomorrow im off cause they have a lot of workers and they cut you the days or lied about a day and them make you to work for them a different day, they are very disorganized and play with your schedule and all the work you gotta do for the pay sucks they pay you 150 minus taxes it just sucks and when you go home you’ll be death, don’t even try it if you’re not willing to do this.

Your drivers need to be trained on delivering packages to the post office. All packages are to be dropped off at the front desk or side door. One of your drivers literally went to my po box and left the package on the ground in the lobby!! My package is now missing or the driver stole it. The package contained a rare pink CHANEL silk scarf. I need to know where the driver put the package!???? I need a refund from FedEx! It's FedEx's fault. DON'T LEAVE PACKAGES ON THE GROUND IN A PUBLIC LOBBY!!! I receive several packages from FedEx previously and they always know to leave the packages at the front desk with an employee! Where is my CHANEL scarf!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

A delivery company is value in just the basic promise they can deliver. It does work because the customer trust in what should be a reliable company. Now, I have a time sensitive delivery and somehow they manage to fail 3 days in a row. The first day the guy came and we missed him. 6 people in the house and no one heard the bell, I have image of him from the ring camera and he left a note that he missed us. The second day somehow no note, and no signs on the ring camera, yet I recieved a text that he missed us again. Confused and frustrated I did call the Ring company to comfirm that everything was working. They tested and all was good. The third day, today, I did wait all day looking throught the Window, again with out no trace from the ring or me noticing nothing, I did recieved a text that they missed me again. NO note on the second or third day.What kind of delivery company fail to deliver in such a way? Hint, the driver does not seems to be doing his job and on top of that lying about it. I have a trip plan for months and it does depend in part from this delivery. Fedex you fail to deliver. I called customer service and the also fail to help me solve it. It would of being good to see the company fixing the situation.

They have great customer service but one driver was supposed to deliver a package and it required a signature. My doorbell camera caught him just putting the door tag as a missed delivery. He did not knock, he did not wait. He just placed tag, scanned, then walked away.

Driver of truck 82418 was a complete lazy @s$h0l3!!!! I asked him to help me put my heavy furniture on the elevator with his cart, the one he was already taking to the 2nd floor delivery room at my apartment complex across the other side of our housing, and I was just off the 3rd floor. He refused and made me drag it across the parking lot and bring it up without a cart myself, because he was too lazy to be a decent human… and do his job.

For some reason this FEDEX office keeps delivering my shipments to a house with the same street name but in a DIFFERENT ZIP CODE. This has cost me time and money. I have called and yet they still make this mistake.

The worst delivery experience I have ever had. I spent several hundred dollars to purchase a nice box for delivery services to place packages in and this woman threw a tire into it from 5’ away absolutely destroying the entire box. And she walks away without so much as a care in the world.

Driver delivered packed to another address and said it was undeliverable. Called fedex customer service worst in the world. Spoke with people phillipines and Colombia . You cannot reach anyone in the USA for fedex customer no service!!!
