Paid extra for delivery scheduled for 5-8pm and driver shows up at 12:45pm and attempts to access property from gate on a street I don’t live on that was locked. Driver did not attempt to access from the open entry from the street I actually live on. Multiple hours on the phone now and still no resolution.

They have delivered ALL our packages to the wrong address. EVERY ONE! If we see the package coming out of West Palm, we know we're not getting it. The first photo is from Tracking, the second is our actual front door.

Their drivers lie about attempting delivery - I have a Lorex door bell camera which records every person by my door and alerts me on the phone. I wasted a day waiting for the medication and fedex did not come. Just pathetic company with no local phone numbers to call and complaint.
