A worker at this location opened my package and stole my phone that I was trading in through Samsung. I know it was someone at this location because the phone packaging box was put back into the package and sealed back up to make it appear as though it was not tampered with. Samsung attempted to charge me $800 for the missing phone. After I filed a police report and blacklisted my phone, Samsung believed me because I've done the trade in program for years without a single issue. I don't know who took my phone, but it's blacklisted now, and I will be pressing charges once they figure out which employee took it. I hope it was worth it. Fedex needs to do better because hiring thieves who open packages in the facility is not good business. I could have been charged had I not already had a good relationship with Samsung. Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

Someone at this facility stole the phone from the box it was being shipped in. Fedex investigated on their end, and the only place it could have happened was here. Don't trust this place with anything you don't want to get stolen.

I tried to process a print job for flyers online and after several attempts, I couldn’t get it to show the back of the flyer, only the front page - with a backwards view of the same front image for the back. Crazy. So I finally emailed the file to the West Palm Beach location with the same instructions 32lb glossy, double sided, 50 flyers. They called to tell me the price, which was double the online price and explained that it was because my file indicated a bleed - which means they need to use larger sheets of paper. That made sense, but I knew there was a fix… the flyer didn’t have to bleed off the page, so I resent the file as a regular PDF. SO, when I picked the flyers up today, they had a small white border (no bleed) and they still wanted to charge me DOUBLE THE PRICE. $90! . When I asked Alex why, she said “because you didn’t process it online.” It made absolutely NO SENSE. And after all, it was their software glitch that made it impossible to process it online. She didn’t care. Instead of wrapping her head around the issue and seeing how ludicrous it was, she offered to give me 20% off. I should have just shoved the box back across the counter and walked out but I needed a few of the flyers to handout this afternoon so I paid it - or rather, overpaid it by 30% and left. But I won’t be back. Ever.

I've been to this location for years, and am always happy with the service. Yesterday Paul and Racquel went out of their way to help me ship multiple boxes across the country. Thanks so much for your insight and helpful nature. Much appreciated.!

I was at the store, i’m legally blind, the manager of the store who is Whyte refused to give me his name and Customer Service 12 days of slavery. That’s all I have to say.

Very disappointed with FedEx services. The company is disorganized and doesn't have "helping their customers" as a priority. There are many locations and very few of them help customers packaging items. Eventually I found this store that is supposed to have packaging services but the manager told me that he didn't have a box big enough to fit my item in (my item was only 24", 15", 35"), and that he could make a custom box for $135!!! I said that I couldn't spend that much so he told me that I should go to go home depot to find a larger box, so I did. Couple days later today when I came to the store with the item in the box, packed and ready with the label, he told me that he couldn't accept it, and I told him that I had done exactly what he had suggested me and then he took my package in for shipping. This was a really bad experience and I feel this is the kind of company that make customers work extra hard just to spend their money with FedEx.

Horrible customer service! It’s to the point where I will not only stop visiting this location, but I’d rather ship with USPS or UPS. You should not have someone in customer service that has no experience dealing with other humans. Keep them in the back…where they can deal with inanimate objects.

I would give a zero if I could. The most horrible customer service I’ve ever encountered. I was the only one at the counter and was ignored while they talked. One girl was actually skipping. They ignored my request for help and when I finally got Raquel’s attention, she could not have been more rude. I will go out of my way to never use FedEx again.

Every Chewy order never meets the delivery date when delivered FedEx driver drops off at the street and not to my door. The box delivered today was 40lbs and still dropped on box end at the street, end of my driveway.

Everytime I have used the copy machine here my credit card has been charged the actual amount of the sale from the receipt and also has placed an additional hold for the same amount on the card that will not go away for upwards of 5 business days. I made $30 worth of copies 5 days ago (this is the third time this has happened) and have an additional $30 charge on my card for no reason “pending”.There is obviously new management in the store because you can actually get some customer service when the male manager is there but when he’s not there, you’ll be lucky to get anybody to help you do anything especially at the self service department when the copier breaks down or runs out of paper, which it also has done two of the three times I have been in recently. You used to be able to print pictures there as well and they have removed that service. I won’t be using the store anymore and I don’t see how it says open with the amount of negative reviews and bad experiences people continue to have for years here.
