The worst drop off facility. Every time I try to drop off any fedex packages, they can't accept it because "their system is down." Save your time and go somewhere else.

My package has been out for delivery for five days now no update no estimates to when it will be delivered

Fedex delivered to the wrong address in my apt complex. The picture shown on the proof of delivery is NOT my door. I filed a claim with them and their research concluded that it was delivered correctly. It is beyond my comprehension how they LIE, the picture is NOT my front door, what pseudo 'research' they did was a joke.
