The home office of fedex should be ashamed of them selves for allowing this to happen. Worse group of liers in Florida. Cant do a job that they are over paid. Slackers and scabbs. They should all be put out to paster and replaced with quality employees.

Coming in very politely Just need help with how to print a document forwarded to FedEx email the young lady seems very overwhelmed stating that she cannot help me with my issue because she has other customers. But I was the first customer I came in at 8:45 I'm still standing here waiting on her to help everyone else around me because she has no help and I'm still standing here at 9:16 what's crazy she seems to be very patient with this customer (Caucasian ) women in front of me guess why I still ain't get no help ALL BECAUSE SHE SAID ITS SELF HELP

Stop giving work to this people who don't care about packages .That's CRAZY Fedex don't care also about costumers who are waiting for there delivery on time.

These people don’t even print the mail labels, they says they don’t had the printers even we are able to see the printer . I guess FedEx at this Walgreens location don’t want to do the business. I would suggest not to waste your time by going to this FedEx.

Was in the store printing on the plotter (big printer), had a bunch of issues but the employee who helped me went above and beyond. I saw the bad reviews and was concerned but was very surprised and pleased with the service. Thanks again, Laura.

This is the worst FedEx shipping center in the country. Twice they have messed up my deliveries.The staff is too young and they don't take things serious at all. Constantly distracted and not taking the job serious.I paid for overnight priority shipping. 7 days later still no package. When I call they simply say call the 800 number. When I call the 800 number they tell me my package can't be located. Remember "overnight priority" 8 days later my package finally arrived. This past week I was in Florida again for work. Due to location and work schedule I had no choice than to use the same location (hoping things were different) again, I shipped overnight priority. It's been 2 days and no package. When I search the tracking number it doesn't tell me when the package will get delivered. It says "pending". Not what you want to hear from an overnight priority shipping after 2 days. I know they staff there is going to screw me AGAIN. Advice for you people reading this review. use UPS , don't use this FedEx location. Terrible staff. They don't care . Notice on google how bad the reviews are.
