The store says it’s open until 9 pm on google but I’m here now at 8:30 pm and all the doors are locked while the workers clean and close the store. I understand wanting to go home on time but closing the store early is pretty annoying.

Very disappointed with how they handled my question about a coupon that didn't come off my transaction. 1 because I asked before paying of the coupon came off, 2 because one of the ladies was speaking spanish to the other saying that she doesn't know how to do coupons and the other told her to just tell me they can't do anything about it. And I am hispanic I clearly repeated what they said. And asked if all the other coupons went through and it's a deal the store is promoting why can't they do anything about it. She said they just can't. Mind you I am pregnant, and stood there waiting for them to assist my cashier with an arm of heavy bags. They were just very dismissive and could care less.

The storage conveniently located near my house, hence I attend quite frequently, and most of the employees are friendly. Unfortunately the store Lacks proper management, rarely the shelves fully stocked, and usually the store appears to have been hit by a tornado. Cleanliness is not on the top of the list at this location. Nevertheless I still frequent there several times a week, again purely due to convenience in location.

The employees are very nice and super kind to everyone. I have had only positive experiences with staff. I just wish the store would be a bit more organized. It also gets super messy and things are everywhere and sometimes broken.

Typical for a Family Dollar I guess... Some shady people hanging around outside. Store was pretty messy.The clerk was super nice. Young guy, with plugs in his ears and very light hair.
