We came to the store at 9:50pm and the door was locked the young lady was at the register and signed to us saying the store was closed. The sign cleared stated that’s the store closes at 10pm.

Today I had a bad experience. I was about to make a purchase on the sale products and the manager who was in the store at that time snatched several products from my control because according to her I had them saved for another customer while the merchandise was in the floor and in full view of everyone he behaved rudely, showing his power in the store. I left very upset and with no desire to return.

I recently visited the Family Dollar store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Brianna. I must say that she provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at a retail store. Brianna was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure that my shopping experience was a positive one.From the moment I walked in, Brianna greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided helpful suggestions to ensure that I found the right products. Brianna also went above and beyond to locate items that I needed but were not on display.What stood out the most to me about Brianna was her kind and friendly demeanor. She made me feel like a valued customer and treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. It was clear that she genuinely cared about providing excellent service and ensuring that my needs were met.Overall, I was extremely impressed with Brianna's exceptional customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone shopping at Family Dollar. Her positive attitude, willingness to help, and dedication to providing outstanding service made for a fantastic shopping experience. I shop this store on a regular basis.i started working for instacart and had a good size order.there was tech issues..fine..the manager on jan 21st was as nasty as she could have been.i was in no control of company mistake and she spoke to me like i was dirt.in my own neighborhood .native 60 years

I went there today to grab a couple things an item was ringing up a certain amount and the woman there was like we can't sell it for that price and manually entered the amount she wanted I'm just confused as to why they don't honor the price that comes up ...

They are always well stocked, clean never crowded and friendly, they even sell produce. It's my go to when I'm in the area for sure.the prices are great love those guys!!!
