If I could give. Extra Touch Flowers ten stars, I would do so. Not only did they deliver me the most beautiful arrangement of flowers, they went out of their way to make sure they got delivered as it was impossible for me to answer the phone when they called regarding the delivery. I called to thank them for going out of their way to get them to me and Sam, the owner, was beyond gracious and kind. The flower arrangement is gorgeous, the people are super kind, all together a ten star experience!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Extra Touch Flower Shop! Whether I’m looking for a simple bouquet to brighten my home or a more elaborate arrangement for a special occasion, this shop never disappoints.
The staff genuinely takes the time to get to know you. On more than one occasion, they’ve remembered my preferences—like my love for sunflowers and peonies—and have even suggested beautiful combinations I never would have thought of myself. They have a way of making each purchase feel personal, which is something I truly value.
The flowers are always fresh and vibrant, lasting far longer than those I’ve bought from other places. Recently, I ordered a custom bouquet for a close friend’s birthday, and not only was it stunning, but it perfectly captured her personality. She was thrilled, and I owe it all to the creativity and care of Samwell. He really took the time to make the bouquet perfect!
Their delivery service is also fantastic. Even when I’ve had last-minute requests, they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Terrible! I ordered online. I received a confirmation email with all the correct order info, payment processed, and an order number. The flowers were never delivered to my elderly mother for her birthday. I called, and the gentleman was rude and awful to work with. He said he couldn't find the order anywhere. He had me send the email to him showing the order information and confirmation number. He said it was from them but wasn't in his system. He didn't offer suggestions to fix the issue; he just said he couldn't help me. I asked for the manager or owner, and he said there wasn't one for me to speak with that was his job. And he said he couldn't help me again. I had to call my credit company to cancel the payment.

I have ordered flowers from Extra Touch several times and the arrangements are always fresh, lush and beautiful! Their website makes ordering online very easy and efficient.they are truly the best florist in the West Palm Beach area.

The picture in the ad used to select the specific arrangement appeared to be taller in size than what was delivered. Delivery was on-time ! The flowers looked nicely arranged. The message card was nice and well placed. However, the flowers only lasted barely a week. Overall, thought the flower arrangement was somewhat overpriced.

I never been more happy with service! I called and I ask if I can bring my poor orchid to see if there is a way to save it and tell me how to care for that plant ( that was like huge orchid that it was given to me for my bday and it was just getting worse every day since I got it) . I came in and right away the owner I do believe took care of that flower as she saw that I was sad and I don’t know what I did wrong to make it look like that! She replace the dying ones and add one new one to the jar! She told me how to take care of it and what to expect in moths to come! I will come back for more orchids and that’s the only place I will be ordering flowers for my friends birthdays!

We popped in here last minute for an arrangement to take as a gift to family who were hosting us for lunch. They graciously allowed me into their cooler, and from my selection of their fresh and gorgeous flowers, made an exquisite bouquet in minutes at an affordable price. Excellent service as well as excellent talent.

Fabulous looking flowers! We ordered two arrangements for pick up and they were both stunning! They put both vases in cardboard holders so there would be no water spilled and even helped carry them to the car. I will be returning as this is my new flower shop in West Palm Beach!
